What are the best Libertarian Websites to Educate Yourself?

I am familiar with DP of course, and Lew Rockwell, but I am wondering what are some other libertarian based sites that are good to share with friends and family in order to help educate them about the true tenants of liberty.

A good place to start if you

A good place to start if you want to educate yourself about libertarianism are the think tanks:
http://www.the-free-foundation.org/ (still under construction, but there's some really good content coming soon)
http://mises.org/ (the best)
http://www.cato.org/ (improving under new leadership)
http://reason.org/ (watered down)
http://www.heritage.org/ (mainstream conservative, but improving under new leadership)

There are also some activist-orientated organizations that have good content:
http://www.freedomworks.org/ (watered down)
http://www.clubforgrowth.org/ (mainstream conservative, but with some liberty leanings)

Radio/TV shows:
http://www.infowars.com/ (paleoconservative, focused on conspiracy theories, some likely, others a little silly)
http://www.theblaze.com/ (mainstream conservative, but is adding some libertarian content soon)

Other sites:
http://www.theamericanconservative.com/ (non-interventionist conservative )
http://www.jbs.org/ (paleoconservative)
http://www.antiwar.com/ (foreign policy)

The Daily Paul, all the rest

The Daily Paul, all the rest are fair at best. :~)

There is no Left or Right -- there is only freedom or tyranny. Everything else is an illusion, an obfuscation to keep you confused and silent as the world burns around you." - Philip Brennan

Funny how several of these feature Ron Paul on the first page:

Have them take the Quiz and subscribe to the newsletter.

The Advocates has made invaluable contributions to the freedom cause. For over twenty years, the Advocates has worked tirelessly to help libertarians better communicate the ideas of liberty. I continue to be impressed by the Advocates' work.

For activism and education of others:

and the first political party website anywhere:

What do you think? http://consequeries.com/

Opinion of the JBS and the New American?

Anyone have any insight into these two sites? I am learning that many sites are good superficially, but they sell-out to the mainstream in many ways.

Watch this vid and the ones

Watch this vid and the ones that follow if you want a concise, intelligent explanation of our system. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l37RhdFGVsM

Lesson 1 - Revisiting American History, documents the conversion of the US into a monolithic financial empire as the Federal Reserve Act created a monopolized cartel of private interests, "Wall Street," that controls all money in the system. This killed Jeffersonian ideals and allowed vertical Hamiltonian forces to have free reign to consolidate power and wealth. It explains how this is an empire system where the top Wall Street banks are analogous to feudal lords and multi-national corporations are their feudal knights out conquering territories. It rewrites American History books.

Wow amazingly succinct summary!

I've seen people take 15 hours to explain what you did in 3 sentences!

Obedience to God is resistance to tyrants.

Great Link!

Thanks for sharing this. This is vital to everything I would like to capture at my blog. One of the main steps in becoming liberty literate is to reeducate yourself about American history and the true tenants of liberty. This resource is great!

Molyneux and Freedomainradio.com have been far and away the most informative and most transformative of my thinking by a long-shot. None of the Rothbard I read really 'clicked' until Stef restated his case with a few tweaks.

And DP is my favorite for the personal vibe.

LRC is good for current perspective.

mises.org can be superb.

Love Schiffradio.com

Haven't gotten into Mr. Woods libertyclassroom.com, but dearly want to. I've been considering signing up for a paid subscription just to keep in running until I can find the time to consume the content.

I used to like Reason magazine (reason.com) but the site is full of nasty people and the articles are fairly trivial/topical in comparison to any discussion of libertarian moral or political theory.

Oddly, theamericanconservative.com editorial board is being infiltrated with anarchists. Tom Woods and Robert Murphy both have jobs there now.

Currently consuming: Morehouse's "Better off free", FDR; Wii U; NEP Football
