U.S. Congressman Jim McDermott (D-WA) Says Obama Was "WISE" To Use Executive Orders...

On the radio this morning I heard Congressman Jim McDermott say this:

"Obama made a wise decision to create new laws with 23 Executive Orders BECAUSE CONGRESS WOULD LIKELY HAVE NOT PASSED THEM AS LAW IF GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY"

This statement DIRECTLY DISREGARDS the procedures required in the U.S. Constitution to make law, in effect, giving the president king-like powers.

THIS statement came from an elected official (U.S. Congressman) who TOOK AN OATH to UPHOLD the Constitution of the United States.

But our constitution says that ONLY CONGRESS has the power to legislate.

Both Obama AND McDermott should be impeached on charges of usurping the very law they took an oath to uphold and defend.

They swore on a bible in front of witnesses.

How much more clear can it be that these elected officials have broken their oaths?

Whats the process we need to go through to start throwing these bastards in jail? Can we get started on that please?

So he is saying if the next

So he is saying if the next Republican president outlaws abortion by executive order he'll think that's just dandy? I can't wait to hear these idiots cry and moan once this "wonderful new idea" is used against them in the future! They are too stupid to realize the precedent they are setting and how it WILL be used against them in the future!

Thanks. Although I only mentioned these two oath-breakers...

In reality about 75 percent of the Congress breaks their oath to uphold the Constitution.

And I'm being quite generous with that.
