The Truth About Door-to-Door Gun Confiscation: We have the numbers to easily win

It is estimated that approximately half of American households have firearms - around 50 million homes. Further, among these households there are about 300 million guns. There is no army in the world armed as well as we are.

At best, they have several thousand central government agents. Even if we get mowed down trying to defend Our inalienable 2nd Amendment rights, if we just wound or kill one agent per home invasion, they will soon run out of men. As well, recruiting will become very difficult.

We have the numbers to easily win, but we can't be afraid to die for Our freedom and the freedom of future American generations.

I need to point out that the word is:

"unalienable."

"Unalienable: incapable of being alienated, that is, sold and transferred." Black's Law Dictionary, Sixth Edition, page 1523:

Inalienable rights: Rights which are not capable of being surrendered or transferred without the consent of the one possessing such rights. Morrison v. State, Mo. App., 252 S.W.2d 97, 101.

No worries. I recently made the same error that a friendly DP member corrected.

The RIGHT is unalienable.

Objects are very alienable when enough force is applied. To think clearly make sure you are able to differentiate.

Thanks...

I noticed the other day when I was typing that neither word showed a spelling error. For some reason, it didn't occur to me to look them up and find the differences.

It's like I always tell students - "People learn a lot more from being wrong than they'll ever learn from being right."

I appreciate it.

Yep...

I say, "For being wrong is erroneously associated with failure, when in fact, to be proven wrong should be celebrated. For it is elevating someone to a new level of understanding...furthering awareness."

Agreed

George Mason:

George Mason:
[W]hen the resolution of enslaving America was formed in Great Britain, the British Parliament was advised by an artful man, who was governor of Pennsylvania, to disarm the people; that it was the best and most effectual way to enslave them; but that they should not do it openly, but weaken them, and let them sink gradually, by totally disusing and neglecting the militia.

But do we have the ammo?

Remember, they bought it all up. People should start making their own.

last I heard, Americans were

last I heard, Americans were buying about a billion rounds a week.

“Let it not be said that no one cared, that no one objected once it’s realized that our liberties and wealth are in jeopardy.”
― Ron Paul

As I said below - the black market...

Not everyone likes the central government.

But how many IRS agents are there ?

How many doctors ?

Disarmament will be insidious - taxes and insurances. Financial advantages to those who disarm.

Look honey, the Joneses got a new swimming pool, they could afford it after Mr. Jones turned in his guns, and Mr Jones got a promotion, and their son is going to that elite private school, and has a job offer from Goldman Sachs with a 6 figure salary. - our junior is smarter than him, how come he is working at Walmart ?

So everyone will either comply or go off the grid. I don't know how many they will force to go off the grid, but it will be a much smaller number than the number of Gun owners. At most 5% ( I kinda think that is way too high) - So thats now only 2.5 million homes spread all around the country. We already have a prison population of over 2 million so I think they can easily handle the rest.

Goldman Sachs and their holdings can't employ every smart kid.

Even they do not have the resources the make every smart kiddo successful; this would defeat the purpose of destroying the bogus middle class when all of these would otherwise be upper class owning their own businesses in a non-corporatized sole-proprietor dominated environment.

There will be a lot of smart kids off the grid from now on whether they like it or not they will be everywhere, undercut by corporations that take bailout money and use government programs to benefit workers (so as not to pay healthcare, basic living wages, etc).

These smart kids are everywhere. And they hate working at Walmart, and McDonalds, etc.

They hate the system that enslaves them and destroys their families.

My Weather Vane

is pointing to one state at a time, until they get through the blue states. As each state is outlawing guns, the Federals will assist. By the time they turn to the red states, Obama will have the assistance of 66,000 troups coming back from Afganistan at his disposal.

They will continue to disappear vets and troups, who will not comply, and claim them mentally disturbed.

We may have the manpower and artillary to fight, but suppose TX is in revolt and they decide to nuke Houston? They didn't nuke Tokyo.
Austin may cow like a baby fawn. If this goes one state at a time, is Maine coming to help TX, or will they stay home to protect Maine.

No doubt, they (TPTB) have a plan. As the Ben Franklin said we must all hang together, or surely we will hang separately.

If we are serious, we need to stand together, all together, at the same time, when the first blue state falls. If the revolt spreads throughout the country, I don't think they would nuke a city in every state.

I see other options - all will have bad outcomes, for everybody. I wish we had more time, but we knew the plan was, what it is, we just don't know how. Lack of time could work for us in that the UN forces are tied up and the EU is only now planning their armed forces.

This just can't happen. Obama must back off!!!!

Getting nuked should not make us cower. It should toughen our

resolve.

It should leave no doubt that the government plans to exterminate us all if we do not submit to their absolute control.

Thus the only option is slavery or die fighting for freedom.

I reject slavery.

If my state government capitulated in the aftermath of being nuked, then my state government becomes my enemy as well. They will become my first new targets.

It Would Take The Fight

out of me, for a while anyway. I am 200 miles downwind from Houston, and I would be busy running for my life.

I would be more resolved, I suppose, after I quit running - if I live through it

Yeah, I'm in the same vicinity.

However, I don't perceive big cities resisting. I just see them collapsing because of disruptions to the flow of food and fuel.

Thus, I don't expect they'll be nuked by Uncle Sam.

Honestly, other than as a scare tactic, I'm not sure what good nukes would be to them. Perhaps some smaller ones on the battle field or in naval engagements.

While my home state has some high value targets for nukes, if they were hit, they'd just as much cripple D.C. and the rest of the nation as they'd cripple us. Heck, we could likely get along just fine without them. Not that I want to see such an incident mind you.

what about hurricane katrina?

they did it in lousiana with some "success." (success in that nobody died, anyway.)

Americans own more firearms

Americans own more firearms than any other population in the world. Gun confiscation will never work. It's feasible to think the globalists will, instead, make ammo scarace and, or too expensive for the masses. Disarmament is their goal, but what good is a gun without bullets?

Just my two pennies.

When it comes to items prohibited by the central government...

the black market is your friend.

They can't even keep drugs out of prisons. Prohibition doesn't work.

Prohibition DOES work

...but not at keeping "banned" items out of the hands of people. No, the aim of prohibition is to criminalize average folks for profit, to increase government interference, and to destroy free markets.

Prohibition was never designed to actually remove anything or help make anyone safer.

A signature used to be here!

We need to organize

I don't know many people who will actually shoot it out with the feds when you are out numbered and they show up at your door. We need to have a large group of people who agree to support eachother if confiscation should be attempted. Show the government our power beforehand. If we even had a few million people and say we all went somewhere with our guns in hand to demonstrate that we mean business but will only shoot defensively they would think twice. Lets get a million man march and all carry weapons in plain sight. I'll sign up. One man will just be labeled a terrorist and the people will be happy to be rid of some gun toting extremist.

Interesting. But as far as marching goes...

keep in mind that only about as many people who saw Boehner read the telerompter will see the march. But i agree that a show unity for ourselves is valuable.
