Does Mark Willis have any support?

Michigan RNC said that "he does not have enough votes to be nominated". I thought he only needed 6 RNC members, does he have any support?

It sounded like 2 RNC members in Michigan would have supported him. Now 1 is claiming he won't be on ballot, because he doesn't have any support.

Vote for Wills, lose funding for your state.
That is how it goes in the GOP.
Other examples:
Come out for support for Romney, win your next election.
Support Boehner for speaker, get some cash at mid terms.
