Dogan Assassination Attempt - It was a pepper spray gun.

But the most confusing part is what investigators discovered about the assassination attempt weapon being used. Which opens up Pandora's box for what was really going on here. Was there some mistake? Patsy? Staged event? Incredibly stupid gunman?
