Colorado Libertarian Self-Sustained Community - Lots $700/DN - Deed In-Hand After No-Interest Payments

The land is already purchased. Spectacular views. River access. Large enough area/population potential to establish our own recognized TOWNSHIP government re-establishing the constitution as the law of the land and common law being the way controversy is decided.

1) Mind your own business.
2) If you can't mind your own business... at least take your neighbor's business to your neighbor first.
3) Handle things with a jury of peers from the community if one and two fail you.

Now these lots are 1/4 acre - $1,400 - 4 lots gets you by basic standards on municipal code for a septic system - after we have established our local governance however municipal codes would not even be able to be presented via deception because the presumption they apply would be rebutted by our government of the people - in law - and filed into that county's records.

1) Virtual elimination of outside interference in community affairs.
2) Aside from your up front acknowledgement of the general guidelines (see sample above 1-2-3) which binds us all together with the community that we will not INVITE outside interference into our affairs - you have complete freedom.
3) Productivity increase up to 900% - imagine what you can do when 90% of your labor energy is not being waysted on bankster banquet tables?

If you would like to be part of a community that seeks to be both self-sustained without having to be "communistic" in nature and are tight on cash... I MAY -> MAY be able to get you in for $700 on a quarter acer with the REMAINDER TO BE PAID INTEREST FREE in 6 months.

So that's it... the price of freedom from a majority of tyranny out there is just $700 up front - while supplies last.

There are roughly a total of 100 lots. Let me know if you are interested in getting more information and I can set up a three way skype call so that you can interview the owner. I may consider a talkshoe however certain sensitive information cannot be released until local governance has been established in law - for obvious reasons.

We're just a group of folks that wish to be left alone. No talk of violence going on here. Peaceful independence comes from being ALLOWED to be self-sufficient by those that would much rather you were dependent on a system they feed off of.

I look forward to hopefully filling up these lots for someone I consider an accomplished patriot who is doing the rights things. When the SHTF - it is your local community that will largely decide whether you live or die. There's just no simpler a way to put it than that IMO.

If you would like to participate in the local governance before physically moving, thereby ensuring you know what rules apply with full and honest disclosure, get with us ASAP and we can get you to work with us right away on making sure your concerns are addressed in YOUR government.

P.S. So we are CLEAR - you could likely have some sort of interum deed to the property until the remainder is paid - at which time 6 months later you will have a warranted deed and full rights, title and interest to the property. Simply put: $700 and hitch up your home and bring it to Colorado and let's get started on our survival plan with respect to what is potentially brewing on the horizon.

This is for brave and free people. If that's you I'm talking to... I would be honored if you would join us.

No Thanks

going to Arkansas. Leaving Dallas before shtf. Good luck there. Arkansas has several communities like the one you are wanting to set up and where I am going has a sheriff that is an oathkeeper.

i'm from that state, good luck with that..

LoL @ some of the remarks.

LoL @ some of the remarks. Since I'm already an owner of 1/4 acre elsewhere in the country, I can speak with authority. Yes, you can raise a small family on 1/4 acre and retain reasonable privacy. Like anything, you'll have to work at it. Frankly, I'm too old and tired to move again, but the idea sounds good. Adopt the Amish way of dealing with your problems locally.

Remember this fact: People will become jealous as you prosper from your work and will eventually desire the fruit of your work. Government is the worst offender. Prepare for it.

Best wishes ...

"you can raise a small family

"you can raise a small family on 1/4 acre and retain reasonable privacy"...

You and many others are doing just that!

Where in CO?

I live off-grid in a small, remote community in CO...but most people here sure aren't Libertarians.

I'd love to start something similar

here in NC... but preferably with more land per person. Sadly, my understanding is that land is rather expensive over here.

We live on roughly 1/3 acre in a neighborhood. It's not a lot of space. If money were no object, I'd like to buy enough land to sell 5 acre lots.

OK, and...

Now what? Sounds to good to be true. Is it? Is there contact info? Did I miss it?

God forgives always. Man forgives sometimes. But Nature never forgives.

Yeah PM me and I will

fill you in on the details... after I'm confident you also subscribe to the "non-aggression principle." Obviously given the community we are trying to put together - we don't want people in there who are going to be trying to take over... ya know?

Now why don't you just post it?

I don't respond to emails or pm's.
Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution, inevitable.

So that people like you

don't get it.

I have no use for it buddy.

I have no desire to talk to you nor send you money for something you're not being transparent about.

For the record, someone could easily send you an email from another account if they had one and get the info IF they so desired, so you're not that clever.

I have a feeling though, that it has nothing to do with what you've said.. I think you are being "cautious" about it for other reasons.

Vince...and half of the people posting on this thread...can't even get along with each other at the DP. It would be hilarious to watch them live side by side. Reality TV at it's best!

The Hatfields and McCoys!

Can you imagine having vince on one side of your house, and Haysoose on the other?

Yeah, I'd be destroying you

Yeah, I'd be destroying you all and taking your land.

I Read Some

of the comments here and I had to laugh at the way everyone is arguing over how to deal with this offer. The sad thing is that the intention is to have a community of like minded people get together and create something good. However, they can't even talk here without a fight going on. How would it be if everyone was having to live next to each other?

In colorado

even by statute now you can have up to 6 plants - 3 mature.

Why put all our eggs in one place? Easier to track down and eliminate?
This similar to another post where a NY resident want to leave the state of progressiveism... I f all the Liberty minded folk leave NY, then the vacuum would leave it wide open!
Stand your ground and get the message of liberty out!

You can buy land in a lot of

You can buy land in a lot of places for a lot cheaper. 1 acre of land is shite. That's enough for a house and a very small garden. You couldn't even put a bunker on it.

I just read this entire back and forth

I don't know crap about Haysoose or the others. I know there is no love lost between the parties though - lol.

However, vincableworld - you state that a 1/4 acre is more than you have now, yet then argue(based upon a book) that you can easliy live off an acre.

Sorry to tell you - ain't gonna happen. 1 acre wont even come close to making you self sufficient. Sure grain may be bad for you -but any live stock you may want - no hold on - you are trying to be self sufficient - any live stock you NEED is most likely going to eat grain. And I don't care what the book says - 1 acre isn't providing enough grain for ANY live stock. Ok so you want to go all vegetarian - super - no live stock - just some chickens maybe.

Still not going to happen. Certinaly not in a cold region like Colorado - here in CT I get about 160 growing days - Colorado is probably less. Do the math - thats less than half the days are growing days - that means you need to grow at least twice what you need for the year. Not gonna happen, plus, even if you did it for a year or two - you would ruin the soil and introduce large amounts of pests. Fields must go dormant - how are you going to do that?

I may go check out the book for fun - but for those who keep referencing it - you may want to impart some of it's knowledge - because I have over an acre and I don't see any way in hell it would ever work. 5 acres would be tough - 15 would be better - 20-40 would be ideal.

I am in agreement with R-Hal

I have been raising as much of our food as I could for the last 20 years. Still nowhere near perfection. I am on 4 acres, and we own an additional 30 in another area. I have gardens, orchards, chickens, and ducks currently. Recently lost a whole herd of goats to one bad neighborhood dog. While we were away celebrating my parent's 50th wedding anniversary, the dog chewed all the ears off of my goats, which subsequently died of shock and bloodloss. Speaking from a lot of experience, it would be VERY hard to survive on only a quarter of an acre. You could raise chickens, and rabbits, possibly, and feed them. A goat would be harder, but could be done if you bought feed. Raising enough hay for a goat on a quarter acre, and raising food for yourself would be very difficult. Surviving on what you can grow is a lot easier in your mind, than it is in real life. There are crop failures, predators, and climatic forces, which have to be dealt with. Then there is just the simple logistics, of not only planting, but harvesting, and more importantly processing the products you grow. Animals have to be fed, and though it may look easy on a youtube video, it isn't!
Now you might be able to do it, if your community had some common gardens, and hay fields, and feed plots. However, even that requires a lot of commitment, and a whole lot of cooperation! Also that system requires some fair method of dividing the proceeds from such areas.

Sorry, R need to

Sorry, R need to open your mind bro. If it's too cold where you are, move or get a greenhouse. Don't say something is impossible just because you can't do it.

Fish and Chickens can eat earthworms, duckweed and a host of other things that can be grown.

Shouldn't you be somewhere

Shouldn't you be somewhere eating a couple sandwiches? Gotta get your grains!

Already got them. It was

Already got them. It was delicious. What are you eating? Did you grow it?

Like I've said already, they

Like I've said already, they are just living some pipe-dream. They have never tried farming and don't know the first thing about it. They have delusions that they can grow all they need to eat for a year on a piece of land smaller than a football field. It's quite ridiculous.

However, you only need grains for the chickens in the winter if you allow them to graze (which requires about 1/4 acre all together depending on how many chickens). So a small field of corn would suffice if that was all you used it for.

Rabbits are actually a very good resource. You keep them caged and they breed like hell but you need feed for them of course. The good thing about rabbits is they take up small space. The bad things is you have to feed them and figure out if the food you give them is worth the meat you get back. It generally is. Plus you get fur.

Hey Old McDonald... At least

Hey Old McDonald...

At least the part about the rabbits is the first sensible thing you've said in this thread.

fodder feeding and aquaponics

You can keep at least a couple goats.
