PENTAGON: Gun Protests Low Level Acts of Terrorism
Submitted by greatscott on Tue, 01/22/2013 - 18:12This article was written by M. Frank Drover and originally published at The Daily Sheeple (From Oath Keepers website.)
Watch how this works.
First, the government responds to the September 11th attack by passing the Patriot Act, which is purportedly designed to protect us from foreign terrorists. Most of America cheers it on, never realizing that within the act is a broad definition for something categorized as domestic terrorism, or “activities that appear to be intended to intimidate or coerce a civilian population, or to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion.”
Second, they pass the National Defense Authorization Act, which allows them, under the definitions for domestic terrorism set forth by the Patriot Act, to detain someone without trial and forever if they appear to be subverting the newly established status quo.
Third, they declare all federal property, or property being used for political events where Secret Service protection is present, as “events of national significance” through the Federal Restricted Buildings and Grounds Improvement Act. Undesirable demonstrators operating counter to the official narrative in these areas are herded into court approved free speech zones.
Finally, once the new laws are in place, the government security apparatus begins the re-education of its minions by labeling as “terrorists” anyone who dares speak out or disagrees with their new policy initiatives.

What does the Pentagon
have to do with domestic issues anyway?!!
When Fascism goes to sleep, it checks under the bed for Ron Paul!
it's like a tribe going after a mammoth, 9/11 was the heartshot
but because there are saber tooth tigers lurking the tribe has to quickly chop it up and bring it back before the tigers found out that a spear is just an illusion and men are weaker than the tiger.
or you can just picture a fat dirty jew behind a curtain at the end of the yellow brick road
......both analogies work

"give me control of my own permaculture and I care a lot about what makes law"

replace the word...
"jew" with "zionist" and i'm with you 100%!

well yeah, but most jews agree with zionism
go up and ask one.
I'm not too sensitive to discuss someone's heritage if it is usurious and full of exodus and lies.
I don't hate people, but I sure despise exceptionalism

I agree
that for the most part, all Jews are not Zionists, but many are Jews when it's convenient... As are many Christians.

Oppression Brings Us Together
Not only does freedom bring us together, but the threat to freedom can also bring us together, as when liberals realize that the right to protest is under attack, or that it's not a good idea to disarm the otherwise weak and helpless.
Some libertarians are born, and the government makes the rest.

We're all born Libertarians
We're all born Libertarians, but then our eyes focus in on something we covet. The first word a child masters is "MINE", and next comes "GIMME". "Give me" is a giant leap forward in human development serving our covetous nature.
We're All Born Weak and Helpless
The "gimme" nature is the one that makes sure our tiny little fists will grasp at Mommy's finger, and win her heart forever, even if we literally take the food from her mouth. Infants are as selfish as it gets. We outgrow it, with any luck, as we become less dependent.
First words are usually "hot" and "no," after the nursing movements that sound like "mama" or "mmm."
"Born libertarians" are those personalities who, as they get older, see the consequences of dependency before they materialize, and who have the ability to see around corners the dangers and costs of government power. This type is, and always will be, a minority.
Most people only see those problems in hindsight, and that's when the lightbulb goes on, and government converts them.

Anyone not getting the grand picture yet?

Even that is vulnerable
Even that is vulnerable to remote administration tools. These run on a separate processor working UNDER the OS and have access to the keyboard, mouse, and guts of the machine. They can even turn it on or off and replace software on the devices or the OS itself, as well as spy on its operation or upload its files to a remote site. They can even be configured to "phone home" if you plug in behind a firewall, and the newer ones work over WiFi as well. The OS has no defense against them.
Look into things like Intel Active Management Technology, to name just one, somewhat venerable, tool.
Ditto the Intel Remote Management Module. (Not sure if this is a hardware component for AMT or a later equivalent.)
Try this with your laptop:
- Power it down.
- Plug it into a router or switch.
Does the status light on the Ethernet jack light up? If so, it's guaranteed you have such a device built in. (If it doesn't it's no guarantee you don't.)
I note that (at least with AMT on the venerable Toshiba M5) you can't disable it. In fact if you DO manage to deconfigure it back to factory settings, you've just set it up to listen for the first set of commands to come in over the net to configure it for remote control (just like a new machine installed in a corporation, waiting for the guys in the Network Operation Center to remotely configure it for its job.)
They sold this to the corporations as a money saver for their IT department. But if the NSA hasn't already cracked it they aren't doing their jobs.

It is vulnerable if it has been compromised previously
Liberte Linux or my version of it, runs from a usb key and only when I want to use it to send encrypted emails. It has no access to anything but my wifi.. finding me on wifi is going to be a feat.. it has been done before but.
even the drive it runs from is encrypted. go read to what degree.
Anything electronic is vulnerable though but I work with degrees, not absolutes.

That depends:If Liberte
That depends:
If Liberte Linux is running on a CPU IN THE STICK that's true.
If Liberte Linux is just a partition on the stick that runs IN THE HOST SYSTEM, it's totally hosed. The host system was BUILT already cracked.
These things are a separate little computer running a separate program that is wired in so it can watch the keyboard, mouse, display, memory, and devices, and intercept operations to them or take them over. Think "hypervisor" - but running on a separate layer of machinery, between the computer and the outside world (including the peripherals) and tapping the "inside of its brain". Even when you're encrypting something with really strong encryption the tool can see the clear text and the key. And it can scribble what it wants into your encryption program, while it's at it. Also onto the stick's storage, so the stick is now compromised.

It's running on a blank system.. No hard drive
No OS. It uses BIOS only. Have you ever been through BIOS code?
Now if you don't mind.. Give me something to back of your claim.

That's too easy
"But if the NSA hasn't already cracked it they aren't doing their jobs."
Their job is to try and crack it but that doesn't mean they have and there are two forms of encryption.. Symmetric and Asymmetric. Asymmetric being more secure and more "random".
Here's the thing.. I remember seeing a news-feed about 20 years ago of congress openly debating the issue of encryption and how they or some of them anyway, would need a backdoor/master key and require it to be written into any encryption. Now, I don't know if that passed or not because I haven't heard anything about it since and I even tried to look it up and no story on it. Of course this was before the internet REALLY took off as a place to search for news.
Who knows.. even when using it though, I'm careful about what I say and I have safeguards in place all along the way to protect myself. I also do my on dis-info as part of that too. If "they" can utilize it, I can too. :)
BTW.. Here's a discussion on the topic if you're interested. There is a very valid point on one of the comments. People would have found backdoor/master keys if they were there and most likely would have come out to report on the weakness. I still don't trust it though because I can imagine how they'd do it and possibly get away with it.. besides.. I'd rather be a free paranoid than a wrong detainee.

That is interesting. I am not too saavy but maybe I can figure it out. I don't have facebook or tweet, I just post here and very little emails. But who knows..

It's relatively easy, even for a beginner.
I'll start a thread on it in a day or so and link the programs needed, if you're interested. Just have a 4 gig or higher usb ready. It only requires 245mb I think but you need a little room to grow. :)

It's like getting rid of drunk drivers by taking cars away from
all the sober drivers" Seen on a comment below an article about gunowners in Honolulu waiting 9 hours to get a permit, outside, at night often, and no bathroom. A lady asked a question and was rudely told to "Get back in line". (shut up and get in line?). The process takes 2 trips for handguns, 3 for long guns. Involves taking time off work.

Our entire govt could be tried, jailed, all in one fell swoop
along with its departments, agencies, and most foundations if a few good lawyers and law enforcers would step up to the plate and apply this now arcane law still on the books.
But alas, they're all lawyers, protecting their privileged class. They write the laws, lobby for the laws, and finally, interpret the laws. Practically culpable by definition.
BTW, how's that search for the "missing 13th amendment" going?
