Today, Rand Paul Did NOT Drop The Ball!

Yesterday I criticized Rand for not asking these VERY SAME questions of Hillary - the PRESENT Secretary of State.

But he handled himself beautifully today in questioning the hypocrite John Kerry.

THAT is the Rand Paul I sent campaign money to in 2010.

WOW!

Yesterday I gave Rand 5 demerits. Today he got some back.

But I do think Hillary's appearance yesterday got more media attention, where these very same questions would have been just as pertinent.

I don't see how you can

I don't see how you can compare the two hearings. This was a confirmation hearing for the Secretary of State position. Rand asked Kerry questions to see what his policies would be as Secretary of State. The hearing yesterday with Hillary was held specifically to deal with what happened at Benghazi. It was not a hearing to ask Hillary about her general views on foreign policy. The purpose of the hearing was simply to get Hillary to explain why the administration dropped the ball on the Benghazi attack.

Because I don't see a disconnect between the Benghazi attacks...

...and the U.S. bombing of Libya with cruise missiles.

What really pisses me off is how the republicans are all screaming about 3 Americans getting killed, but were perfectly fine with our navy bombing away at Libya without even going to congress first.

Again - how many Libyans do you suppose we killed with our cruise missiles?

We'll never be told because it's OK to kill people who don't look like us or don't think like us.

But God forbid if they strike back (blowback).

So when you go around killing you might get a little killing back.

Bravo Rand Paul. SENATOR Rand Paul.

Go get him.

One of these days you might be Kerry's president.

Then you can TELL him what to do - not just ask him about his hipocritic views.
