if its got Hartmann's name on it, its not worth watching. He's been called out by the Progressives as being a hardcore shill for Obama. A real discredited lowlife, for sure. But there you go! Regardless of Hartmann's presence, I still like RT. If he appears, I just switch off, that's all.

Statist's rights and an Individual's or State's rights, is simply not winnable for so many reasons.

Thom wouldn't answer Peterson's question: Where do the "positive" rights end?

I wish he would've asked Thom to name one "positive" right instituted by the Statists that didn't go completely bust, leaving the now "99%" worse off.

As far as I'm concerned, Thom really screwed up by not editing out Paul's "No.." in the debate clip. You can clearly hear Paul saying "No" and Thom yell "Yes!" to the question,"Would you just let him die?"

I have RT saved on my favorites channel (Dish) in spite of Thom Hartmann being on their network. I never could take more than a minute of his opinion and have the ability to switch channels.Which I did everytime he was on.
However someone must be held accountable for the content of his show and the views he spews.
As for me I'll remove RT from my favorites list and be just as happy getting my information elsewhere.

As soon as I saw the title of this thread, I knew it concerned Kent Snyder. Austin Peterson crushed Thom Hartmann in this interveiw. Thom Hartmann LOST IT.

Austin Peterson clearly showed his compassion, generosity, and respect for human life, to live, to learn, to make our own choices, including to help one another.

Thom Hartmann had no rebuttle, and he prooved he would emply violence, even at the point of a government gun, to achieve ribbing ALL Americans, in the name of helping people.

BRAVO AUSTIN PETERSON! Outstanding job!!! I was a little concerned in the beginning. I appreciate the story of Autin's beloved Mother and what his family went through to spare her life. At first I feared this may not go right, but as I watched, my heart began racing and I was excited and cheering, GO AUSTIN. Thom Hartmann interupted Austin frequntly, insulted him, and then blew up because he did not want people to hear what Peterson had to say.

Thom Hartmann underestimated Austin Peterson, and I pray to God that Ron Paul, Rand Paul suppoerters will study this interview, develope their own like message, because this show is a sign of what we are going to be debating in public, a desperate public, which Austin pointed out in the long waits for government healthcare, and many who are sick, from years of government FDA approved drugs and proceedures that kill slowly, and EPA products designed to benefit the death cult.

I met Kent Snyder, and know Kent was doing what he LOVED. He died from complications from AIDS which was the pneunmonia. There was no health insurance for Kent Snyder because of the AIDS diagnosis. Thom did not bring this up because it would have immediately moved his audience to the side of Austin Peterson, as many people in the same sex community watched their loved ones die, just as we watched Kent Snyder, who is a hero to me, because we would have never had a Ron Paul in 07/08 if not for Kent's encouraging his good friend Ron Paul to run for president.

RT has been on a downward spiral it seems since the election ended.

I've seen more misinformation, half truths and left wing liberal MSM talking points from them in the last 3 months then in the 3 years I watched them before that combined.

I think that what might be lost in this critique of RT, one that is clearly justified in my mind, was the tremendous job that Autsin Peterson did in debating the Russia Today propagandist on "positive rights" and "negative rights." It is the video at the bottom of the story and the youtube of the exchange deserves to be added to your main story agonzo1 for more viewing.

Also, one of the remarks in the comments section refuting RT's claim that Ron Paul killed his employee Kent Snyder because of not providing him health insurance, (even though money was raised by him in a money bomb to help the family), was succinctly stated: "I didn't buy you a house so you froze out in the cold. I killed you?"

As RT is there to do; promote Russian socialist propaganda and discredit American 'exceptionalism'. A good source of information if your able to differentiate between the two.
