I'm listening to the podcast now

I'm praying the attorney in this important case, attorney David Engler, who filed a lawsuit in federal court for conspiracy and corruption, in the pending first hearing, a status conference, scheduled for January 30, 2013, will prevail.

This is a very important topic and it's happening everywhere in America, even where I live, where we had three independent health clubs. Several years ago, AIG took some of their bailout money and "awarded" our town with $1 Million to build what has become The C.V. Starr Community Center (The founder of AIG was born and raised here, where we live in a natural recreational playground). http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tUVzy8t63M0 Besides an oylumpic pool, Lazy river, heated resistance water, slides, fountains, various diving boards and platforms, it has a dig park, skate park, state of the art work out training, dance rooms, confernece rooms, and ioen hours that don't work for most evfeeryone. This vid is a promotional, where it was free and had cake, food, promotions.. the city worked very hard to promote the center and made it impossible for the health clubs.. (how dare them compete!)

Our city asked for donations to build the center.. and got $5 Million. 2/3rds of the plan was implemented, but the center had problems, and this became a tax to cover (but it's still not enough).. the cost to enter ($8.00) is above what most residents can afford daily. Meanwhile, the local health clubs suffered tremendously, two closed.

Besides the taxes, the city opens and closes portions of the center, so if one really wanted to support the center, the city makes it impossible, and the arrogant city council and manager take offense to anyone complaining about the Center or their connections.

The C.V. Starr Center has become an albatross, and to me, a monument to their stupidity, greed and quest for control over we the people.

I wish the family of the septic business in Ohio and their attorney their day in court, and more than a win, but just comensation for their losses. God Bless Them!

Very important topic here.. THANK YOU for making this a topic post!
