Sure, let them go bankrupt now... after the government loaned them billions!

The time for bankruptcy came and went.

Is your part of the country like mine? The banks have so much government money they are using it to build more banks, not to loan to businesses, which was the misguided idea behind the bailouts. I'm seeing new evidence of overbuilding by banks everywhere, which will result in yet another crash.

It is the only way. The banks took a risk on loaning to people and countries. Risk has two sides win/lose. As peasants we cannot get a bailout so why should the banks have no risk.

Let them fail. If they took the risk in loaning to the USA or any other country... Too bad, you lose.

Faux News even talked about this. They didn't mention that Iceland actually jailed the bankers found guilty of fraud, etc., and even hired a Bounty Hunter to track down the ones who fled. Why can't we do this?!
