Breaking: Chaos in Nevada
January 18th, 2008 by Dan McCarthy

The Nevada GOP may be rigging the tables; they’ve changed the rules for tomorrow’s caucuses three times now and have given out incorrect information about caucus locations. If you’re a Nevada Ron Paul voter, visit our Nevada campaign page, and if you’re at all uncertain about your caucus location, call our Nevada Campaign Headquarters at (775) 331-1570.

KOLO in Reno has been covering the story. Here’s our press release on what’s happening.

Can Anything Be Done Legally?

And is this going to continue in every state? I shudder to think about what Super Tuesday will be like. In the past, the powers that be seemed intent on trying to put forward at least the semblance of fairness. With the things that are happening now, it almost appears there is a concerted effort to destroy people's confidence in the election process so they won't bother to vote.

This is so disheartening. (When I feel like I do now, I sometimes remember a longtime ago poster who suggested to me that I reread "The Devil and Daniel Webster." I think I will go read it again! This is all so sad.
