Straight to DP For The REAL Morning News

I just realized that every morning (or a lot of time the middle of the night)when I wake up, the first thing I do after getting my coffee is go straight to DP. Remember when people used to get the newspaper and read it while eating breakfast? Well a lot of folks out there still do. NOT ME! I go straight to DP to get my morning news! I like to think that I am getting a true and honest report of what's going on out there from this site. BUT, I also read the paper so that I can keep my finger on the pulse of what the MSM is saying. Anyway what I am trying to convey is that for my family and me DP is THE newspaper of choice. It is no longer simply a site in honor of Ron Paul but has evolved into a major news outlet IMO. Thank you Michael! Anyone else feel this way?

Hi, I'm bcfast...

and I'm an addict. I've been hooked since 2007...and there isn't much I can do about it (not that lots of DP viewing causes any hangover or ill side-effects).
What was that song from the 70s? "If there's a cure for this, I don't want it!"

Silence isn't always golden....sometimes it's yellow.

I can't leave the house in

I can't leave the house in the morning without 2 things. 1. Coffee 2. Consulting the DP.

My morning thus far...

Wake up @ 7:00 --> make coffee --> light a cig --> DailyPaul.com

And if the band you're in starts playing different tunes, I'll see you on the dark side of the moon.

Do I?

I come here to find the truth.. all I ever hear anywhere else is noise.

Kudos buddy.

I agree and dream of printing

I agree and dream of printing the Daily Paul and distributing it locally somehow. All of East Texas would be quite a challenge. I contributed to the DP and I hope others who feel the same as we do also contribute.

Just what the Dr. ordered

A daily dose Of the Daily PAuL.

The founders would be ashamed at us for what we are putting up with.

I'm a chronic

violater as well

I absolutley feel this way! I

I absolutley feel this way! I spend at least a minimum of 2-3 hours a day on the DP. DailyPaul is my homepage at home and at work. Co-workers walk into my office and always comment "are you on the DailyPaul?" I also set my mothers homepage on her laptop to the DP as well since she is not computer savvy yet and does not know how to change it:) When most people are checing their facebook status I am checking the DP on my smartphone. When I do get on Facebook I like to randomly send a status update with only the "dailypaul.com" and nothing else, hoping to spark some interest and traffic to the website.

ME TOO! Straight to the Daily Paul. And that's why I sent...

...Michael a little donation.

Being unemployed I can't do what I'd like but you can always find something if you really want.

I hope Michael gets the amount needed.

Because we need the DailyPaul - daily!

"We have allowed our nation to be over-taxed, over-regulated, and overrun by bureaucrats. The founders would be ashamed of us for what we are putting up with."

Daily Paul = Home Page

for me!

Every day for me it's

Lew Rockwell and the Daily Paul. Sometimes I check out the front page of the Drudge just for a laugh :)

Daily Paul is my sanity check!

Just got home from my self-appointed watchdog job as a member of the peanut gallery at a weekly county commissioner's meeting. (There's only one other regular member so it's an exclusive peanut gallery) - talk about apathy - ALL politics is local - here's where your money gets spent in the form of grants from agencies - state and fed. After that I needed a dose of the Daily Paul more than oxygen! Here is where sanity lives!

Sounds pretty familiar...

I turn to DP first thing when I get up, to get the pulse about what's going on that really matters.

Daily Paul on TAP!

I usually always have a Chrome Window open with about 5 lingering tabs from the night before. I like to do a lot of reading and I open a window for each tab so that I don't forget about it later...

There is always, always a [P] tab open - first thing in the morning, first thing when i get bored, last thing I check before YouTubing the Schumann Resonance to sleep.

I LOVE THE DAILY PAUL, it's a life changer, maker, and saver.

They that give up liberty for security deserve neither.

the Daily Paulse anyone ?

Thank you

Above all, this post is a vote of confidence in the people - the good people of the Daily Paul who make this site what it is. Thank you.

We Got Your Back Sir Nystrom

The Knights of Liberty certainly love our Fortress of Freedom.

The DP is where all of the Liberty News is & a lot more.

This place makes Drudge look like a snail.

Just grabbed my coffee, opened DP, and this is the first post I read. Couldn't resist a peek before driving the kids to school. Long morph DP!

DP, AntiWar.com,

LRC, FFF, ScottHorton.org show . . . (before peeking into MSM.coms global edition)

Yep same here..

Youtube is great too. It used to be much better but they seem to be doing everything they can to make videos hard to find.

I try to change people every day. Do You?

most of my posts...

...have been from my Smartphone, as I check in with the DP nearly a dozen times a day...

-When I wake up
-After I drop my daughter at college
-on the way to Job #1
-while making my deliveries at Job #1
-after I complete my delivery

-one hour before I go to my second job(just to ALERT the DP what Crosstalk on VCY Milwaukee is talking about encouraging US to call in on weekdays!!!) - listen STREAMING and CALL IN to both Worldview Weekend Radio and Crosstalk weekday between 1pm - 3pm Central Time - http://www.vcyamerica.org/radio.htm )

-just before I punch in at my 2nd job
-on my first break
-on my lunch break
-on my second break
-when I punch out and before I get my 5.5 hours of sleep!

This makes me think maybe we can set up video feed for a

news show.

and conglomerate all the vids and great articles into one session!

I could see it now... the daily show trumpets are trumpeting
