but the man did run for President several times. He pretty much took forever to say nothing in the video and I know this is probably BS. However, I'd be interested to see the document he's talking about.

more than likely it would be Biden, but if not him I think speaker of the house is next in line. In no way shape or form would Romney be potus. To be clear though this is a citizen grand jury which has no authority, the SC does not have to hear the case or anything.
