Your Gun Will Not Save You

Our nation is getting robbed blind and being used as a hand puppet for the "powers that be" and you are worried about "Obama" taking your Guns away??

Quit taking the bait. No one is taking your guns.
These are only distractions to keep you people worried and in fear about meaningless things while they do what they want.

There are between 270-350 Million Guns in the USA but...

When did that ever stop Goldman Sacs, Monsanto, Haliburton, or the FED from doing what they want, whenever they want??

Libertarians have a lot of useful information to share with people but this whole gun debate is making libertarians and gun owners look like nut-jobs, which tarnishes all the other information we have to share.

Let's change the debate.

Gun and Ammo manufacturers make the majority of their money from the government or government licensed security firms not from hunters and sport shooters. the government is their bread and butter...

I use Blue Wave, but don't expect one of THEIR silly taglines.

whats your point?

They are making a killing.

They are not going away and neither are the guns.

The government isn't in the business of shutting down successful industries.

The gun debate is a distraction and a money grab.

the government is very much in the business of shutting down successful industries.

wow. proof??

lots of down votes, yet not many thoughts in print on how I may be wrong.

kudos btw in proving my point with your posts, that you people's emotions have been played with and have been swindled by this debate.

Monsanto, the "FED", etc. do more to harm us than any imaginary gun grab.

You really don't

You really don't believe the government ruins the free market? I mean, that's like a basic concept of Austrian economics.

Also the "imaginary gun grab" isn't imaginary. Perhaps you should remember the '94 AWB, 1934 NFA act, 1938 FFA act, 1968 GCA, 1986 LEOPA act, 1990 crime control act, brady bill, Lautenberg, feinstein's recent bill, and the magazine ban which has a very good chance to pass. Not to mention Obama's EO's and the ever increasing state bans and regulation.

The incrementalism is apparent in the dilution of our natural rights from from the 4th amendment and the 9th to 2nd and the 1st. You are the only one that sounds like a nut job, when you purport this isn't a serious issue or an issue that deserves way less attention than Monsanto.

I love Ron Paul and support the 2nd amendment.

No one? Ever?

Well cool, then! Then no one's going to receive my ammunition first. I guess I can go back to sleep.

dynamite anthrax supreme court white house tea party jihad
to be continued

The gun/bullet manufactures won't let that happen.

We lost the other 9 rights from the "Bill or Rights" but the 2nd amendment is protected by $$$.

The manufacturers and the government aren't going to stop that money from flowing from your hands to its.

Oh noes! I have to quarter

Oh noes! I have to quarter troops now??? When did this happen?

Well to be correct during Katrina

They took guns And took over peoples homes/property

They took guns no one was

They took guns no one was forced to quarter anyone. And I agree that was sickening. I sometimes wonder if I would be alive today if I were here during Katrina. I don't know if they would have made it in without being fired on. That's what really worries me with gun confiscation. Do I fight back and surely die? Or do I capitulate? I fear that I will do the former. It is a hard pill to swallow.

They also kicked people out of homes and took them over,

even in the driest areas of the city.

As far as I know, it was done by "Blackwater" not the government tho.

And that the government hired Blackwater cause all of our troops and National Guard were busy in Iraq and Afghanistan.

I know what they did and it

I know what they did and it was wrong, but that wasn't quartering.
