Don't buy this book, its a waste of time.

As a counselor I've come to realize that returning people to a sate of Mental Health, consists of bringing most people closer to "reality" while a small minority need religion (ie. less reality more fantasy)...

So if you know anyone with a mental health issue right now, please give them your honest sense of the reality of their behavior OR LISTEN TO THEM and see if they're just seeing reality better than you (or the rest of us) are.

Seriously, these days, I'm more concerned about our rulers' mental health (or, even, the so-called "academia" they use as advisors) than with the people's.
