Act boldly and unseen forces will come to your aid.

Nice.

Me too.

That sounds like a

That sounds like a paraphrased version of this quote from William Hutchison Murray (or of the Goethe quote at the end):

"Concerning all acts of initiative (and creation), there is one elementary truth, the ignorance of which kills countless ideas and splendid plans: that the moment one definitely commits oneself, then Providence moves too. All sorts of things occur to help one that would never otherwise have occurred. A whole stream of events issues from the decision, raising in one's favour all manner of unforeseen incidents and meetings and material assistance, which no man could have dreamt would have come his way. I learned a deep respect for one of Goethe's couplets:

Whatever you can do or dream you can, begin it.
Boldness has genius, power and magic in it!"

Redneck translation....

If you want to

Run with the Big Dogs!

Get Off the Porch!!!

Tony Robbins repeated a large part of this Goethe quote

Yes!

and by that I mean

NO!

NO! more police state
NO! more I won't comply
NO! cavity searches
NO! MORE! don't even try me.
Blimey.

It was probably the pandas.

Yes, it's happened to me

Without a doubt. More than once.

The ride is usually bumpy though ...

BTW: I am not religious. At all.

I'm only positive there's way more going behind this life, than we can ever possibly understand while we're here.

I wish it were true...

But I don't think it's 100 percent true, many times you will be the only person standing for whats right.

I just bet...

...Ron Paul would agree with your statement!

Letting go

I've read a lot of things similar to this.
I had a friend whose favorite saying was 'leave it at the altar', meaning 'if you want it, go for it - open your hands and leave it for the universe to take care of.'
Makes you realize you've never been in control - not really. And there lies the dilemma. We want to be in control, or at least feel as if we are in control. But we're not.
The Universe is always on time.

She is right

But every time, it is scary. You've got to work up your courage to jump, when there is no net down there to catch you.

Jump, and the net will appear. I've done it a few times. It is always scary. Getting ready to do it again.

Scary, but exhilarating. Makes you know you're alive. The day I'm scared to jump is the day I die. Some of us - many of us - are already dead. Undead. The living dead.

Yes, she is right.

BTW, who is she?

I don't know who she was.

All I know is that Brian Tracy quoted her, and that he rates among my trusted informers along with Ron Paul, Gerald Celente, G Edward Griffin and the too few others.

Well

I think you can do a lot with the power of attraction if you focus hard enough. It's more about thought frequency than acting boldly though. Has to do with quantum physics and the ability to utilize it.

skippy

It takes both

You can't do one without the other and expect success. Thought frequency without action doesn't help much. Action without belief isn't too helpful either.

You need the perfect blend, and you need a lot of faith to pioneer the unknown.

And here's the thing - it is all the Unknown.

I Can't Argue

that point. But if you are focusing hard MENTALLY on something it usually leads to action. You have to put your mind into it first and the body will follow. Artists come up with concepts before they create with their hands. The energy they put into a thought becomes reality. So it is with QP.

skippy

I don't believe in that

Stalkers focus mentally, and obsessives of all kinds, on singular topics and it doesn't lead to anything positive (maybe even jail).

And many artists have "happy accidents" and something strikes them from the subconscious or from nature.

Action is most important and then often the distance from thought, or action via subconscious thought, leads to something like an epiphany.

So using a musician as an example, they practice practice practice until they no longer think but can react instead to instinct and then the magic happens, a door is opened to them that wasn't before, and they explore a whole new world previously hidden.

I believe that is why drugs are so common among artists and creative people and even scientists attribute halucinogens like LSD and mushrooms as eliminating mental blocks which let them find solutions to problems they could never have found with their own minds as obstacles.
