Full-scale Invasion as the United States Deploys Troops in 35 African Countries
Submitted by DJP333 on Sat, 02/09/2013 - 00:55in
A full-scale invasion of Africa is under way. The United States is deploying troops in 35 African countries, beginning with Libya, Sudan, Algeria and Niger. Reported by Associated Press on Christmas Day, this was missing from most Anglo-American media.
The invasion has almost nothing to do with “Islamism”, and almost everything to do with the acquisition of resources, notably minerals, and an accelerating rivalry with China.
Unlike China, the US and its allies are prepared to use a degree of violence demonstrated in Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Yemen and Palestine.

China is taking over Africa...
ok I come from Africa and lets get the facts straight, China are doing exactly what the British did and they are sending in Chinese prisoners to work on projects in Africa. The big difference is they not using force, but money and they don't care about the human rights of the poeple thats why these governments love them so much because they ask no questions.
The Chinese do not use the locals, they ship their own poeple in and ship in food and cheap goods. The locals have no choice to accept this because their governments are paid off. The Chinese build roads and railways leading to the ports linking to mines, oil fields etc etc and they are armed. They use only chinese poeple on these projects.
China gets a free ride because there is no Chinese civil rights groups banging the human rights drum as in the west.
Notice how the useful idiots are easily rounded up to demonstrate any Bush like policies yet when Obama is running around killing kids at weddings with drones its ok. I often get English guys rip Bush, then I ask them who they voted for in the 2005 UK elections, and they would say Tony Blair (running the socialist Labour party), then I would remind them that 2005 was 2 years after the invasion of Iraq and no WDMS were found and that was before 2005... silence hahaha.
So yes China is taking over Africa, now do I agree that the West should start wars, the answer is NO (I used to be a NEO CON, and loved Bush now a proud ron Pauler), but to come make out as if the West are the bigger evil doers is rubbish. At least the West use the locals for labour and look after the poeple better... and no this does not justify their actions, but don't make out as if the Chinese are the lesser of 2 evils here.
Are they simply trying to get US millitary out of the country
so the Government can bring in foreign troops who will fire upon Americans?
Of course we are invading Africa.
Did anyone think that since Bush left office that meant the PNAC crowd wasn't still in power?
Their goals after the Middle East include "subduing" the African continent.
This was already planned years ago.
Keep getting kicked off the net
when I link to this article. Is this happening to anyone else?
I would bet
China will use force when need be. Is this guy on drugs? lol
Right now they can afford to buy interests but when the chips are down they will be prepared to do what is necessary.
Why are they building a carrier fleet then?

Does Africa Even Have 35 Countries?
Its hard enough for man not to fool himself when we are RIGHT THERE as events happen, its nearly impossible to not to be fooled when we were never there.
The writer is a Socialist, and while that does not mean he is wrong, it does mean you must now filter back his vision of events. You must scan for facts and screen for interpretation and always, always believe you are finding less than 1%.
Of course we should do this for any ideologue, libertarian ones included.
Again, its hard enough for man not to fool himself when we are RIGHT THERE as events happen, its nearly impossible to not to be fooled when we were never there.

Our troops are being used as nothing more than mercenaries for hire, protecting Europe's colonial interests.

try to learn a little more about china
before stating too much, most of what you think you know about china has come to the US through heavy US media filters, and almost all of it is false, china does much less propaganda about china than the US does propaganda about china
Are you saying the opposite of the OP?
The OP says: "Unlike China, the US and its allies are prepared to use a degree of violence demonstrated in Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Yemen and Palestine."
Are you saying that China IS prepared to use a degree of violence?
This is another article from same author John Pilger
It was posted here http://www.dailypaul.com/272962/islamic-terrorism-is-the-inv... which links here: http://chasvoice.blogspot.com/2013/02/islamic-terrorism-is-i...
I have just recently been introduced to John Pilger's work. Is anyone else more familiar with it? It is very anti-west and I just have to say it bothers me. I suppose because I do not want to believe what I read...Waking up is hard to do...
John Pilger is a brilliant journalist who speaks the truth
I disagree with his personal opinion on how to help change things, but thing he says is untrue. I wish he would research money and how it's created and by whom, maybe he would then understand truly what we're up against.

I do not understand these words:
"I disagree with his personal opinion on how to help change things, but thing he says is untrue."
Can you explain please? Thanks!
I think my computer has a glitch
It was supposed to say, "nothing he says is untrue."
If you already surmised that, I disagree with his opinion on how to fix things because he's an avowed socialist and somehow believes a whole lot more of the same thing that creates the problems and corruption will help the situation.

What is your opinion
Even though he speaks truth, is it impartial truth? Can it be impartial if he is an avowed socialist?
Do you understand what his goals are as a socialist? I have a friend who tells me that there is such a thing as voluntary socialism and involuntary socialism and that voluntary socialism is OK. Really I don't exactlly understand all of that. Do you?
Truth can't be partial or impartial, it can only be truth
Facts are facts. Opinions can be disputed. Fortunately, he tends to leave opinions out of his documentaries and only reports facts.
When he does express his opinion, it is often the same collectivism/socialism we all are brought up with, that more government will somehow solve the problems of government.

I first came across Pilger's work in 2006
...with this article:
http://johnpilger.com/articles/the-real-first-casualty-of-war
I couldn't stop until I read almost everything he wrote and watched most of his documentaries (see many on YouTube). His latest on the media is "The War You Don't See" only on DVD right now. I don't think he's anti-West, but pro Truth. We're all in different stages of waking up, bear. Let's continue to support each other while crossing paths on the DP! Peace.

Thanks for the reply
I believe it was just last month that I was introduced to his work. After that I was interested and started watching the video documentaries on his site. I still wonder tho if the information is impartial although it may be truthful. And I still have a hard time grappling with the fact that the good old USA has acted in a corrupt manner. It is way outside of the box I was sleeping in...so my mind still wrestles with the facts. About the time I think I accept something I find that I am fighting against it in my mind. That is why I asked the question if others were familiar with Pilger's work. I would like to know what Friends of Liberty think. Thanks!
Confessions make for a good read
"Confessions of an Economic Hitman" describes a lot of what our government does to other countries, from the point of view of someone whose job it was to give inflated projections, so that the bankers could then try to hold the other countries to those projections using debt, which is designed to fail, and then they end up owning the project and the government. If the EHM fails, then in come the jackals (like Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Egypt, and now Mali).
I agree bear, waking up is hard to do. I really like someone else's signature here, "It's hard to be awake; it's easier to dream."
I'm so glad I took the red pill. And, it's not an all-or-nothing choice; I'm sure there are things I am still unaware/unawake of, like that Jonestown was a CIA mass murder (learned it a few weeks ago, and I'm sure I'll learn something soon about Sandy Hook and this ex-LAPD cop).
I love you. I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you.
I watched the video of Confessions
earlier last year. For some reason, I did not link the work with that of the government...at that time I was so apalled at the concept that it did not all sink in. I reopened a video and John Perkins is speaking about corporatocracy...and influence on government.
Just today, I was thinking on the way home from a basketball game how nice it would be to forget all of this...so yes, sometimes I wish I could dream!
China has swarmed over Africa
during the past 10 or 12 years. Ha, I guess that has not gone unnoticed by Washington D.C.
China hasn't "swarmed" over
China hasn't "swarmed" over africa. The chinese have been quietly rebuilding entire villages and doing other public relations in africa while also buying strategic metals and other natural resourses. BUYING them peacefully.
That's right the COMMUNISTS are Out competing the americans who seem to only have military to convince people do deal as they sure as shit don't have any credibility or cash.
The world is my country, all mankind are my brethren, and to do good things is my religion. Thomas Paine, Godfather of the American Revolution
dude get a grip
you DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW AFRICA WORKS.... they wave the cheque book, much of the anti-apartheid movement are the same poeple destroying America atm. Yes apartheid was wrong, but WHO WERE THE POEPLE PUTTING THE MAGINFYING GLASS ON APARTHEID, WHAT WAS THEIR AGENDAS.
I smelt a rat when I had African parties afer Apartheid ended pushing through gay marriage etc. Now sure Africans do tend to the communist side of things, but THEY DO NOT TEND TO PUBLICALLY SUPPORT GAYS... this idea I knew didn't come from them. Africa can eaily be conquered, via many means, infact I believe they like the chaos because its easier to control, the Chinese are the new kids on the block.
That is what I meant
by "swarmed". The word has more than just negative connotations.
the next greatest untapped pool of human resources...
...the Chinese want higher wages, their Capitalism/Communist way of governing WORKS.....they will be the next world super-power, but, it will be short lived; their male-dominated military/population choice will give rise to homosexuality, and the plague of that sin will impede them.
The God of the Bible is not welcome in their government, therefore they are Satan's pawn; yet still God's instrument for judgment wherever in the world He so chooses to use them.
This is how Satan's world system operates; man, not Christ, took Satan up on his offer...."tempt God", "I will give you these Kingdoms, bow down before me"....the lust of the eyes, the lust of the flesh, the pride of life are Satan's bait .... All is VANITY ... It is appointed unto man ONCE to die, but after this, the judgment!
Repent, believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and be saved....that is the peace that passeth ALL understanding! Turn from your sins, to Christ...TODAY!

PatriotsUnderGod, The God of
PatriotsUnderGod, The God of the Bible is welcome in are government but !@#$ing worst.
Don't judge to quickly.
Also, US is also doing a "communism/capitalism" mix.
What China did is having strong different ideology depending on region. Shanghai is somewhat a open economy, while the region next to Shanghai is heavy influenced by socialism. Since the people in the socialist region can't move, or are not allowed, can they be used as slaves for Shanghai.
The problem is civil unrest. Wait until China has it's own recession, and the problem can escalate to uncontrolable levels.
I am wondering
as you say these words:
"The God of the Bible is not welcome in their government, therefore they are Satan's pawn; yet still God's instrument for judgment wherever in the world He so chooses to use them."
How welcome He is in ours. It seems to me that our judgement may be greater as we say we trust God on our money and we use that money for destruction.
Jesus said to love. I think as a nation, that has long been lost. I wonder if we have covered our unrighteousness with the thought that we are Christian and yet I think of this verse:
Revelation 3:17 KJV
Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:
At least China is not acting like one thing and doing another. Not that I am in any way sticking up for China.
Do you see what I am saying?
