The GOP will outlive both of us. So will the Dems. They are locked into the power structure and will not be displaced by any other parties.

The only question is, who will control the GOP: its current leaders or us? I hope it's us, myself, maybe you disagree? Well, anyway, it is unhelpful for my strategy (RP's strategy) of taking over the GOP from within to say things which offends rank and file GOP voters.

But you disagree? You think the way to get more Republicans to vote for our candidate is to offend them as much as possible? That's a great plan!!! You are Brrrrrrilliant! :-O WOW WOW WOW/sarc

"Alas! I believe in the virtue of birds. And it only takes a feather for me to die laughing."

The truth is often offensive...

I'm not one for any party. Ask two, or maybe one question...

If you're a believer, ask first, "Is it Biblical or Godly?"
Then ask, "Is it Constitutional?"

If you're a non-believer, just ask the second question.

Just as Ron Paul is against the rights of groups (rights belong to individuals), I could care less what party someone is from. The current GOP will naturally be replaced by market principles, from within, or without - that matters not.

You can fight the battle from within...personally I can't stand the smell of a latrine.

Glen Beck

Is a bad actor. Obviously, he's still jumping at every opportunity to smear Dr. Paul, while claiming he's "becoming more and more libertarian every day." I can excuse the vet somewhat, he's young and ignorant and drank the kool-aid re military service like most young veterans. GB is just the same cynical liar POS he always was and always will be.

Cooption at work

IMO the PTB see a burgeoning movement, now they are going to try to capture it. So all the "edgy" FOX talking heads will be libertarian now; while at the same time that they are killing it.

And it'll never work. They're not dealing with mostly gullible neo-con RINOs this time as with the "tea party." They're trying to con well-informed Ron Paul supporters and libertarians. We all really should call into his show and tell him things like "I've been a libertarian for many years and you definitely aren't one" to expose him.

Pox "News", Glen Beck, and Ron Paul...

Isn't it obvious now that attacks by these disreputbles end up inevitably working in our hero's favor? The more successful he is in arousing people with the idea of liberty, sound money, and self-responsibility, the more ignorant, vile, and often even demented critics like Glen Beck et al end up sounding!

BTW, how is Mr. "Libertarian"(???) Glen Beck doing with his new 'Galts gulch'? What a LOON!

"The worst thing that can happen to a good cause is not to be attacked successfully, it is to be defended badly". F. Bastiat

"First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, finally they attack you, and then you win"! Mohandas Gandhi

Pox "News" - hahahahah

That's perfect!

Serving the "government" is almost never serving your country.

And the "government" can't create a job for you without taking the job from someone else. Who's job do you want Ron Paul to take to give you a job?

Oh, and that "just doing my job" bit puts you in some pretty questionable company. Namely, that was the refrain of the Nazis.

I'm not going to listen to Beck. I've already done that.

Could someone please explain RP's quote to me?

I honestly don't understand the sword reference and why it clearly triggered the Israeli propaganda machine.

Basically, Ron Paul is not surprised that Chris Kyle was murdered by way of a gunshot because Chris Kyle's career was shooting people.

Even though, imo, it was bad timing, Dr. Paul is spot on, as always.

I'm still missing what so controversial about it. Why does this anger the rabbis that fox and beck work for.

It's because he is quoting

It's because he is quoting from the Bible in such a way that shows that our evil foreign policy has consequences. Bible thumping warmongering "christians" don't like it when their Bible is used in such a way that does not glorify their idol, The State.

Much like he was booed for applying the Golden Rule in the South Carolina Presidential debate.

ah. ok thanks.

Im not going to listen to 11

Im not going to listen to 11 minutes of Shrek, but his giant homage to Lincoln in the background says it all.

Unlike the Vets of Vietnam, todays vets CHOOSE.

And with that CHOICE, they bare MORAL responsibility.

To condemn the war, is to condemn the ACTIONS taken by those who CHOOSE to carry on Washington's WARS of AGGRESSION.

I stand by Ron Paul.

Yes, please BUY this wonderful libertarian BOOK! We all must know the History of Freedom! Buy it today!

"The System of Liberty: Themes in the History of Classical Liberalism" ...by author George Smith --
Buy it Here: http://www.amazon.com/dp/05211820

Excellent Point

Conscripted vets deserve some support. No excuse for volunteers who knew our foreign policy prior to joining. Don't give me the "doing my duty" s**t. Obedience is NOT @ virtue..

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me!

The individual has always had to struggle to keep from being overwhelmed by the tribe. If you try it, you will be lonely often, and sometimes frightened. But no price is too high to pay for the privilege of owning yourself.

Glenn Beck! How long did it take you to rehearse for this scene?! Talk about a complete stupid set-up! You Glenn actually think you can swerve people who understand things to go against a man who has fought for liberty while all you do is steal tidbits of real liberty lovers and form it into something to mislead others. Come on Glenn...you are all too obvious!

Whats new?

Whats new?

Phucking Moron.

"It's like justifying it. It's like coming out and saying it's okay. He put military and law enforcement at danger."

No it isn't. A misinformed Veteran is what I see. He needs remedial training.

I'd like to see a Copy-4 version of this guys DD-214 so we can determine his discharge type.

I just wish Ron wouldn't have said it like he did initially

It seems like once every 5 to 6 months he pops off out of his cool and collected demeanor and says something that doesn't sound like him. Generally, as he puts it, he doesn't like to blame people or blame someone as evil (necessarily) but rather a system or process. I cringe when I hear these things because I can feel it. I can literally feel the ocean of people out there slowly coming our way, on various issues and at various speeds. But, each time the "masses" are reminded of why Ron Paul is "extreme" it puts a wedge between us and them giving the establishment agenda continued time to exist and survive.

I just don't get it, he's such a gentleman and cool as a cucumber and then wham every once in a while we get these uncomfortable statements that (regardless of the truth or not) could be presented with more couth. He was a politician for over 20 years.

It does make me wonder though, because I have doubts that he is the one typing or sending tweets or emails. His hands are kind of knarled and probably not as spry as one might need to use a touch screen smartphone. So, if he isn't sending the message, is he crafting it or is someone else either writing what he dictates or writing it on his behalf altogether.

He's Still Human

Nobody can say everything perfectly all the time. The amount of coverage by the MSM about this little tweet compared to everything else the good doctor has said and done in the past few months shows that the Ron Paul smear campaign is still in full effect.

GB Sanctimonious blunderbuss,

no less continuing to spew misinformation. I couldn't stomach it.

"OH NO! He has a SON?" Neoconservatives and Liberals EVERYWHERE!

Rand Paul 2016

Glenn Beck is a 'drama king'--

he hasn't earned the right to speak as he does--

Who is he?

I've watched/read as much of this as I have been able to find--

Dr. Paul's quote from the Bible is valid.

Beck's demeanor is so contrived; his emotion is so staged--

it's hard to be awake; it's easier to dream--

Glenn Beck is an arrogant

Glenn Beck is an arrogant ignorant Phuck and the military guy is just devoid of any knowledge

"and the truth shall make you free"
John 8:32

Ironically, the crowds are still metaphorically yelling for Barabbas.

"a fundamental respect for life"

Holy shit! I've never knew what a monster GB is/was. It's terrible he has an audience! Do people buy this ham acting? wow, just a minute in and I'm stupified.

I my view, Glenn Beck is a REAL Christian

or at least a typical one. I am not talking about Mormon vs non-Mormon but about the fact that Glenn is moralizing in support for his "neighbor" (Kyle.) Glenn is almost at the point of condemning Ron Paul statement as EVIL. Our crowd, on the other hand, wants to defend "neighbors who live further" instead (150 muslims killed by Kyle.) But true Christains among us must leave it for Jesus to decide if Kyle goes to paradise or not. The same Christians among us must accept that 150 killed by Kyle will be in hell.

Bizarre on both sides of the debate.

I had no problem with what he said. It quoted what the Bible warns of. It did, in no way, condemn the soldier. As Christians, we should know that being a soldier does not condemn, any of, them, to Hell! I guess some are mistaken as to what Christianity means. There are several quotes I can place in the soldiers' and Ron's defense.

:"There is therefore, no condemnation in those who are in
Christ Jesus"

:The commandment is "thou shalt not murder"

:"Judge not, lest you be judged, in the same manner as you judge"!

:to Peter, when he cut off the centurion's ear. "Those who live by the sword, die by the sword" Then Jesus put the ear back on!

Wish I could do that, as a doctor! I always had to worry if the blood supply would keep the amputated part alive. And, it took hours under a microscope to ensure it!

Kyle did a very dangerous thing, trying to help soldiers, like this. He was, obviously, a compassionate soul. I am sure, he just let his guard down, at the wrong time! RIP good soldier, you did your job, as you took the oath to do! Then, you went beyond the call, to help your, injured, brothers.
