Sorry to see that
I am so sorry they "had to go" just when the Judge begins talking about the "Constitution".
Hey MSM...We don't want to rattle the sheeple from their slumber and give them ideas now do we...."what's this Constitution, these guys are talking about on the News"...
That C-word seems to be more of a dread for MSM than any other word...As soon as someone starts using the C-word...Gotta go to break.
C-word
has become a dirty word.
Evil is good and good is evil.
The law cannot make a wicked person virtuous…God’s grace alone can accomplish such a thing.
Ron Paul - The Revolution
Setting a good example is a far better way to spread ideals than through force of arms. Ron Paul
Rule of Law
It is time to stop referring to our republic as anything but "The Republic". Rule by the rule of law. This sort of tyranny can only happen in a democracy or an oligarchy. Our republic is hanging on by a thread. Just because this person was Muslim, doesn't mean he is not offered the same guarantees as a non-Muslim.
In a Republic, we are ruled by the Rule of Law, not by the Rule of Majorities, not by the Rule of the Few and Powerful. But some might say, "If the majorities write the law, then they are following the law." This statement is ignorant to what the rule of law means. The rule of law is very clear in it's intentions. The government is RESTRICTED. "Congress shall not... Congress shall not... Congress shall not... and anything we forgot is left to the states or to the people."
The LAW or CONSTITUTION is very clear as it does not make exceptions for any groups. In fact, when minority groups were targeted for exceptions, the law said "no". The constitution guarantees rights for every American. The rights should actually be extended not just to Americans, but to humans.
This is where the principle of non-intervention becomes key. You cannot offer the rule of law but then provoke someone to where they act defensively just so you can justify killing them claiming your own defense. You stand your ground and defend your liberties, but you do NOT harm others aggressively.
Fighting to defend your life, liberty, or property- absolutely justified. Fighting out of fear that someone might do harm- unacceptable. It is also justified to defend yourself if you are in imminent harm, but Al-Awlaki was not in the actual physical act of trying to kill someone. If there is evidence that proves he was planning to commit murder, then arrest him, bring him to a fair trial, and then if he is found guilty by the rule of law, punish him according to the law.
The founders would be ashamed at us for what we are putting up with.
The scariest part is that
The scariest part is that it's not even limited to the president. At least if the president orders the killing of Americans, we will probably hear about it eventually. But some random guy who is "informed" and "high level"? That story will never see the light of day.
Judge Nap 2016...
...if we last that long.
I Really Wish
people wouldn't always respond to stuff with a plea for an election run from somebody that sounds logical. This stuff is far deeper and more threatening than a stupid election can solve. If Ron Paul couldn't get elected with all the truly devoted supporters he had then it can't be done. There HAS to be a paradigm shift in the public. Counting on an election is spinning your wheels. Getting MORE people to see what is happening under their noses is the only way we stand a chance. I think the gun issue may be the catalyst that shakes the masses out of their self induced stupor! At least I hope so. GOD I HOPE SO!
skippy
Of course...
...but we can walk and chew gum at the same time, right? Just because the main effort is in the short-term, one-on-one, reaching hearts and minds doesn't mean the Liberty movement should have no thought about building some kind of momentum behind someone like this, does it?
I say we all flood him with requests to make a run
Then we can see how well Rand REALLY works as Senator with the Judge as pres :-)
"What if the American people learn the truth" - Ron Paul
Let What The Judge Just Said Sink In Real Good
The Barraco Obama Mafia Style administration will kill by whatever means necessary to hold onto power and to take that power wherever it wants..
As I see it, this is the American version of Benito Mussolini's fascist government..
Arm yourselves, if you haven't already done so. These people are psychopathic killers and they mean business. There is little time left now.
The America we all grew up in is gone and what is left that is good and just is slipping away at WARP SPEED...
only 3:42 ....
....for something soooooo serious....
I know Americans have the capacity to UNDERSTAND this stuff, I know Americans are smart enough to hide money from the IRS, and weigh their own self-intetests in a balance against the candidates the two major parties give them....
We just have to prod the people to "do right" no matter what the costs...when they become alarmed....
This system is mathematically unsustainable; now we have a benevolent dictator taking violent power right under our very noses, in plain sight....the people are gonna have to respond the right way....they would have 100 years ago, before the funny money....
Keep educating, keep them outraged, keep these things on the front burner so they know WE are.the one's on top of it....the Ron Paul people....people are genuinely concerned, I know it....we have to keep teaching them....

Benevolent Dictator?
Really? Seems Malevolent if you ask me! Is that what you meant? Cause I am otherwise confused by your comment.
skippy
the incessant printing of money...
...and GIVING to both corporate welfare(bailouts) and social welfare is benevolence...the Executive branch has been a benevolent dictatorship since Reagan took office; and the printing was exponentially increased...

Not, it's reached a level of odious debt that CANNOT ever be repaid - so - what do we do about it? Cut the strings that "bind" us to the "largesse" that physically does NOT exist anywhere in the world?
The rope that will be used to hang us is the benevolence that is being distributed from the Federal Reserve, and through the banks and corporations and political parties and lobbyists and gold dealers etc. etc. etc.

Kings and Tyrants.
It's no mistake he said Kings and Tyrants. These are the names for officials that usurp the rule of law. A duck is a duck. I think it it is time we stop referring to presidencies and their administrations as representatives in office. It gives them too much legitimacy. How about usurpers of the republic?
U Betcha
Up North (bump) Bring on the Judge!
