Per election I believe
I understood it to be that the $2300 is per election. Thus, last year and this year for the Primary season is $2300. Should he get the nomination, then another $2300 could be donated for the general election.

Here is how you can
Go find a friend who doesn't contribute and give them the money and watch them contribute under their name with your money. They will have to use their credit card.
Just don't tell anyone that's what you're doing.
Cause that's kind of illegal and if you do it on a big scale, you get in trouble.
