Please see, "Both Ron Paul and his son Rand Paul are medical doctors. Would you like to see Dr. Benjamin Carson run for Congress too?," here:http://www.sodahead.com/united-states/both-ron-paul-and-his-son-rand-paul-are-medical-doctors-would-you-like-to-see-dr-benjamin-carson-r/question-3517209/

How sad that Sean Hannity

How sad that Sean Hannity thinks he isn't a part of the media who perpetuates this political correctness on the masses. We all remember how he attacked Congressman Paul for speaking the politically incorrect truth about our follies in the Middle East, while deifying Rudy Guilliani for speaking the politically correct status quo.

(I won't comment other than to say this removes nothing, IMO, to his own life and accomplishments, outstanding as I understood, beyond politics.)

"What if the American people learn the truth" - Ron Paul

Big Question

The House controls spending not the President.
The Republicans controlled the house from 81-87 then from 94-2006 then again in 2010.
Does the world really think we racked up 16 trillion in debt in 4 years from 2006-2010? If not then the Debt belongs on the shoulders of the group that controls the spending... That would be the House.

Good but....

Ron has been saying these things for years. Nice to see that somebody gets a little credit but, it is Ron who is due.

"Necessity is the plea for every infringement of human freedom. It is argument of tyrants. It is the creed of slaves." William Pitt in the House of Commons November 18, 1783
"I have one word for you...predator drones. Oh, you think I'm kidding?" Obombya

Ron Paul only cares about one thing

the results.

And Ben Carson has been talking about personal responsibility and limited government for 13 years that I have been watching him.

my rule of thumb

Is to disregard anyone that Hannity, Fox News or any of the other neocon talking heads vehemently support. That rule of mine has yet to fail me.

Hmm Fawn Scamitty

1st, the speech was mediocre. There was nothing impressive in it at all.

Second: Yes Mr. Scammitty, I am sure that you are deeply moved and impressed. Moved very deeply huuu? Yes, deep between your legs hu Fawn? Little glimmer in your eye when you said that I see...

Been on any flights with Senators to the dominican republic there Scamitty?

You kinda like that his mom was 13 when married don't you?

Certainly that is not odd in 1949-1950, that a Baptist Minister would marry a 13 yr old, sweet, young, untouched girl huu Mr. Fawn Scamitty.

You would vote for him in an instant? How About Dr. Alan Keyes there Fawn? Did you support him or even talk positive about him when he ran? He puts this effeminant fence sitter to shame!

Both you and that Shill O, so high and moralistically mighty, I bet there is more to your hidden secrets than can be imagined.

Common Sense

Thank God there are some people with common sense getting some air time.

I had to transcribe this for everyone to share!

I'm reposting this here for relevance...it's a story from his speech.

You know, I'm reminded of a very successful young business man, and he loved to buy his mother these exotic gifts for Mother's Day. And he ran out of ideas...and then he ran across these birds. These birds were cool, you know, they cost $5000 a piece. They could dance. They could sing. They could talk. He was so excited he bought two of them! He sent them to his mother. He couldn't wait to call her up on Mother's Day.

"Mother! Mother! Mother! What'd you think of those birds?!"

And she said, "They was good."

He said, "Nah, NO!, Mother! You didn't eat those birds! Those birds cost $5000 a piece! They could dance! They could sing! They coud talk!!

And she said, "Well, they should have said something."

And you know, that's where we end up to if we don't speak up for what we believe. - Dr. Benjamin Carson

I watched this clip, but not Dr. Carson's entire speech.

For those that did, was there any mention about how to balance the budget? Specially, what was said about undeclared wars of aggression and bringing the troops home? Hannity loves this doctor at the moment. However, that could radically change if this physician believes in the Constitution. Would this story still be on the front if we later found out that he supported all of the wars? No way.

Constitution

there was much talk about the constitution, the bill of rights, the education system, the framers and the war of Independence. No mention of wars abroad or any other current foreign policy. But he is deeply religious and humble, as well as being a doctor, could safely say he will not agree with any wars of aggression. Watch the speech, it is well worth your time.

Have a nice day!

Full Speech Is Great - Elect More Doctors!

I think he's right, this country needs more doctors in government.

What do you think? http://consequeries.com/

Dr Paul/Dr Carson 2016!

Of course I don't know Dr Carsons position on all the other issues. I loved his speech though. There's nothing quite like common sense.

GAWD I hate Hannity

I actually view him as more of a threat to our country than terrorism! Seriously. He has turned my Dad's mind to NEOCON mush! I truly believe he is an enemy to freedom and liberty. He is the poster child of the establishment. Not to mention they guy is a complete egomaniac.

“Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable.”
- President John F. Kennedy

Looks like

our fathers have similar mindsets. They are brainwashed with pro-war propaganda. I've somewhat made a dent with him, but every day I have to continually keep erasing the nonsense the MSM keeps giving him.

I'm still waiting to hear his views

on foreign policy. Surely Hannity brings it up next week?

"If you want something you've never had before, you have to do something you've never done before." Debra Medina

Bumpred for Dr Carson not Hannity

Hannity gets minus points as usual

The speech was mild, tame, logic

The fact that so many people are awestruck by the content of the speech is what is really sad. It just shows how far we have sunk. He wasn't saying anything radical, just logical.

We all want progress, but if you're on the wrong road, progress means doing an about-turn and walking back to the right road; in that case, the man who turns back soonest is the most progressive.

-C. S. Lewis

Logic is radical these days.

Logic is radical these days.

What stands out to me

Hannity's desperation is using Dr. Carson for his own ratings.

Hannity says, He would vote for Dr. Carson. But yet, Hannity wouldn't vote for Ron Paul? Wouldn't even say the name Ron Paul. And if Hannity's handlers told Hannity.. "Enough of Carson".. does anyone think Hannity would quit to campaign for Dr Carson?

Hannity then ends his show saying he wants Dr. Carson back, because Hannity's handlers see the interest in Dr. Carson, and he's trying to build himself an exclusive. What I would like to see is Dr. Carson do FOR Hannity, what he did FOR Obama.

Let us pray.

Thank you for sharing this.

Thank you for sharing this. It was a pleasure listening to Dr. Benjamin Carson. Wouldn't he and Dr. Ron Paul make a formidable pair of principled human beings running the country?

When I lived in Baltimore

When I lived in Baltimore ('95-'04) Ben Carson spoke at an event we had at church to raise money for our young mother home.

He has lead an extraordinary life as a specialist in performing the most challenging neuro-surgery. He has gone around the world to perform surgery.

He has been retired from surgery for close to 10 years. He started to develop hand tremors.

Some surgeries took 16 to over 20 hours and he always insisted on having praise and worship music playing in the operating rooms where he worked.

Ben had a hard childhood growing up poor with a single Mom.

Ben is what Jesus has in mind for those who call themselves Christians.

He's lived a miraculous life, doing exploits that gave evdence to the presence of a supernatural Father who desires to work through us if only we would trust and believe Him.

Ben's whole life is a miracle -- right up to this week being given the opportunity to "bring it" to Barak Obama.

He's fearless and a true gentleman.

He'd make a great president.

He get's it ALL.
