.pdf of DOJ White Paper WITHOUT the NBC watermarks. (For printing and sharing)

I print out a lot of stuff that I hand out to people I'm trying to wake up. I found a copy of the DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE WHITE PAPER from the other day titled "Lawfulness of a Lethal Operation Directed Against a U.S. Citizen Who Is a Senior Operational Leader of Al-Qa'ida or An Associated Force" that DOES NOT have all those NBC watermarks on it. Which option did they use to take out Awlaki's 16 yr old son
