I would like to see if you can write me a settlement offer to the Plaintiffs atty to squash this action

I would agree and believe this would be a reasonable offer:
$95,000 over 30 years
$5000 down in good faith
3% fixed interest rate
I pay closing
It appears I will lose at the Final hearing on March 22nd and I dont really want to file Bankruptcy
