RonPaul.com Now Claiming Lew Rockwell wants domain for himself

They're really taking it too far now. This post went up a little while ago on RonPaul.com with a poll at the end. I think these guys are really going to lose a lot of sympathy by trying to drag Lew into this.

"We have it on good authority that Lew Rockwell (and not Ron Paul) is the driving force behind the ongoing legal ambush on RonPaul.com.

The reason is simple: Lew Rockwell wants RonPaul.com for himself.

Lew Rockwell is already in control of Ron Paul’s Twitter account.

Last week’s callous attack on Chris Kyle just two days after his death was only a preview of what RonPaul.com will be turned into in the future if Lew Rockwell gains control of it.

The Ron Paul we knew and loved will be twisted, distorted and misquoted to fit into Lew Rockwell’s anarchopacifist worldview."

I was giving both sides a chance, but RP.com's
"Rockwell's anarchopacifist worldview" comment did it for me.
Whether Ron Paul can legally take the web site or not,(on a personal note) I definitely don't care for how they cast Lew Rockwell in a bad light...

They are mad Lew outed them regards contributions.

Free includes debt-free!

And for the entire post he made on his blog today

siding with RP on the contractual arbitration issue. I wonder what the "good authority" might be and how Lew will respond.

Who Cares...

Give up the website and call it a day. Move all of your code to another domain and give THE MAN what he has worked so hard for. You had this thing up on behalf of his name for what, a few years? He's been working on behalf of the country for decades! Stop whining, do the right thing and give up the domain to the Champion of Liberty!

Pshhhh Over this "legal" battle. Back to fighting the good fight and waking people up, not hearing your slanderish remarks of a remarkable human being.

For Liberty!

Viva la R3VOLution!!!

We were trying to achieve Ron Paul’s dream of making a living while supporting the cause of liberty. We failed. Rest assured that the merchandise will be gone shortly not just from our site but also from our lives. We will tear our bumper stickers off our cars, we will burn our hoodies and t-shirts and we will smash our mugs into a thousand pieces. "

It’s hard to take you serious when the right side of my screen is plastered with merchandise you are using Ron Paul’s name to profit off."

Such a mess...

The sooner this all ends the better. It seems, from the terms and services (whether you and I agree with them or not) that Ron Paul has the right to the domain and will win in the end - I hope that both sides can come to some agreement rather than a win/lose. Maybe both sides drop their arguments, go to dinner with each other and shake hands?

Yeah. That's what Ron Paul

Yeah. That's what Ron Paul always said: You have a right to your life, liberty, physical property and your own domain name.
