Itccs: Pope Benedict Resigned To Avoid Arrest, Seizure Of Church Wealth By Easter

ITCCS.org is reporting that Joseph Ratzinger resigned as Pope this week as a result of pending charges for criminal conspiracy to aid and protect child torture and trafficking. The report reveals that the organization has procured an arrest warrant from an unnamed European nation against Ratzinger, and will move to place a commercial lien against all the financial assets of Vatican, Inc effective Easter Sunday, 3/31/13 via international law and the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.
The ITCCS (International Tribunal into Crimes of Church & State) states that it will proceed with the arrest warrant for Ratzinger even after he vacated the office of Pope, and will also pursue charges against Ratzinger’s replacement as head of the Vatican.
While SD’s short research into ITCCS seems to indicate that ITCCS appears to be a small, rather unknown operation rather than a respected international tribunal (and we will await confirmation of the arrest warrant and charges from the un-named European before making too much of these charges), we would like to remind readers that JP Morgan was the Vatican’s private bank, and was implicated in the Vatican money laundering scandal this past summer.

http://itccs.org/2013/02/14/pope-benedict-to-seek-immunity-a... International Tribunal calls on Napolitano to "not collude in criminality", and announces global campaign to occupy Vatican property and launch human rights inquiry in Italy

Rome (9 am local time):

Pope Benedict, Joseph Ratzinger, has scheduled a meeting with Italian President Giorgio Napolitano for Saturday, February 23 to discuss securing protection and immunity from prosecution from the Italian government, according to Italian media sources.

Ratzinger's meeting follows upon the apparent receipt by the Vatican of a diplomatic note from an undisclosed European government on February 4, stating its intention to issue an arrest warrant for Ratzinger, who resigned from his pontificate less than a week later.

In response to the February 23 meeting, the International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State (ITCCS), through its field Secretary, Rev. Kevin Annett, has written to President Napolitano, asking him to refrain from assisting Ratzinger in evading justice.

Vatican CEO

The Church is most likely in decline both in membership and monetarily. I have been to a few masses recently at huge Catholic Cathedrals on Sundays and even the Priests commented on this to everyone. Think about the utilities alone.

to help folks get a grip on this post

I'm not sure if I buy what this post is selling. But to help fellow DPers navigate this post go to http://www.disinfo.com/ and search on their site for "vatican bank". It will take you to Google Search Results on articles about JP Morgan and the Vatican Bank(s). I'm always astounded that the little patch of land know as The Vatican houses so many banking interests.

by the way I have no connection with the poster

just saw from the comments that people were not cognizant of the banking concerns of The Vatican.

The Vatican has 5 banks on its sovereign territory

The Vatican has 5 banks on its sovereign territory. The Pope until very recently (like within the past few years) was the ONLY shareholder in one of those banks.

ITCSS Issues Warrant for George Washington and Presidents Since

Oh yeah buddy... this is the real deal.

Vatican City was established as an independent state in 1929 by the Lateran Treaty, signed by Cardinal Secretary of State Pietro Gasparri, on behalf of Pope Pius XI and by Prime Minister and Head of Government Benito Mussolini on behalf of King Victor Emmanuel III of Italy.[14] Vatican City State is distinct from the Holy See,[15] which dates back to early Christianity and is the main episcopal see of 1.2 billion Latin and Eastern Catholic adherents around the globe. Ordinances of Vatican City are published in Italian; official documents of the Holy See are issued mainly in Latin. The two entities have distinct passports: the Holy See, not being a country, issues only diplomatic and service passports, whereas Vatican City State issues normal passports. In each case very few passports are issued.

Vatican City is an ecclesiastical[3] or sacerdotal-monarchical[4] state, ruled by the Bishop of Rome—the Pope. The highest state functionaries are all Catholic clergymen of various national origins. It is the sovereign territory of the Holy See (Sancta Sedes) and the location of the Pope's residence, referred to as the Apostolic Palace.

How about this ITCSS? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diplomatic_immunity

Yeah, I see this as so realistic. They are coming after the President of the US because Washington heard God talk to him.

I see nothing to thumb up

ITCCS is small and lists an "unnamed European nation" as a client. No credibility to this story. If the Pope DID resign, that'd be big news, whatever the reason. This might as well just a made-up anti-papal propaganda.

Please, guys, don't thumb this article up. It's kinda ridiculous in its credibility, and thumbing it up only demonstrates a belief in the worst in others, especially in religious organizations. I'm not a Catholic, but I've been on the receiving end of religious persecution enough for me to recognize it when it's directed at others.

Uh, I don't think so... Vatican is it;s own country

So, why would he be seeking the Italian Presidents protection? What, is he going to want to go to Venice and take a freeking boat ride?

Why is he not going to all the other presidents?

He has his own guards, his own police force, his own army and 1 billion (baaaahaaaaaa) SHEEP that believe he is Jesus in Carnate!

Please already!

If This Is TRUE??

if this has any credibility, look out for another Sandy Hook X 1000 from the two guys dressed like nuns!? I'm sure those two were debunked.... Do we still not have a forensic report from "The Hook". Keep on , but stay off the hook... please ... if we can.

So sad

Once again anti-Catholic bigotry finds its way on to DP. Any rumor no matter how obviously false is at home on DP as long as it bashes Catholics.

Did you read

the article or did you just "kinda know"? I'm curious as to how you came to that conclusion. Not bashing, just wondering.

I had the displeasure of

I had the displeasure of reading it. It does nothing to further the cause of liberty. If it was about an important Hindu or Muslim it wouldn't have made DP. But because it was about the Pope it makes the DP and at least some people seem to believe it.

An unknown source reports on an anonymous source

revealing a secret document of undeclared origins.

Dan Brown tells a better tale.

This report has all the telltale signs of a bad fiction.

Free includes debt-free!

So does Fox

when they do a story citing "a senior governmental official, wishing to remain anonymous."

What I'm saying is, you can't disprove the man simply because "it's the Catholic Church." That's the "too big to fail" mentality that Dr. Paul talks about, Sir.

Good reason not to watch Fox then,....

wouldn't you say?

DESPICABLE----This SHOULD NOT be on the front page

It should be buried where the rest of indecent articles should be!! This is an OUTRAGE, and I am deeply offended.

Its on the front page because

Its on the front page because people are clicking on the link.

you got downvoted for that

it's not true and why it was downvoted. There are plenty of posts that get upvoted and not front page.

I'm not up on how things get to the front page... never had a need to be concerned about the procedure. I go straight to chrono or tracker.

Don't know that's why he got the downvote though, as nobody replied to his post to correct him or explain it. Are you sure that's the reason they did it?

At least it's an explanation! Thanks!

It's the reason......

Does anyone take this seriously? Apparently the commenter on the article who believe the Roman Cathlolic church is carrying out child sacrifice takes this seriously. Yes the church had a few pedophile priests (far fewer as a percentage than the population in general) and yes, a few well meaning bishops transferred some priests when accusations started bubbling up rather than defrocking them immediately and reporting them to the local police to be arrested. That being said, some of these folks are just getting completely ridiculous with their accusations. The Catholic church is the only mainline church still standing strong for traditional values, maybe this has something to do with the virultent hate for the church I seem to keep seeing. Ridiculous! I expect the people at the daily paul to have more common sense than to buy into this kind of obvious garbage. It is pretty clear this group is just tryign to gain legitimacy by claiming to have forced to pope to resign, just like terrorists lining up to claim responsibility for the latest attack.

1. This isn't about the Catholic church. It is about the Vatican, a completely corrupt organization.

2. How the hell do you know that the Vatican does not carry out child sacrifice? There is plenty of eyewitness testimony. It's simply despicable to ignore it.

3. Traditional values? Are you kidding me? Please tell me this post is a joke. The Vatican is owned and operated by the same people who are now intentionally destroying the world economy.

Question for you Josh:

Are you a Catholic? I don't side with you or the OP, but I'm just wondering where all of this hostility is coming from and I have a hunch it's because you're Catholic. But I'll wait for your answer, Sir.

Lima-1, out.

If you don't know your rights, you don't have any.

Not Josh but...

if you can tell yourself that all the people condemning this article are Catholics, will that allow you to brush the criticisms away? Wouldn't we be bound to defend an innocent man from grave, malicious gossip anywhere? Freedom of speech is not freedom to tell lies or ruin each other's good name.

I'd rather

Calmly state any information to the contrary, not, spew rhetoric about to big to fail nonsense. If you haven't noticed there has been a war going on against "justice" for quite some time now and the church has made it no secret that it is complicit in walking men into machine gun fire, for years. Do ya think the money isn't dirty by now even if only due to special interests and thrones? AND DO YOU THINK WE GOT ALL THE bad PRIESTS OUTTA THERE,? Why do these things keep surfacing then? What is the real involvement and obvious masquerading going on with the church and ALL wealth issues? I'd look at information. We better prepare to change some operating belief systems if we wanna avoid a more painful transition out of this entitlement scenario brought about to dissuade us from pulling back the curtain too far. Go Repent, you're used to it.

Having fun?

I've never met so many Catholic haters than those on Daily Paul. Why would anyone post this trash? If you have serious, well founded issues with the Catholic Church fine. But it's a serious thing to repeat unfounded, horrible accusations against someone without any semblance of proof.
