Are closed primaires constitutional?

Pennsylvania holds closed primaries. These allow for you to ONLY vote for the party with which you are affiliated. Something just doesn't sit right with me on this. I appreciate hearing your thoughts.

They just changed Idaho

The caucus was a nasty fuster cluck, might be better in smaller counties but the one I attended was just hateful. If that experience was not "voter intimidation" I don't know what is.

Texas does the same thing

Texas does the same thing too. But it is within the Constitution for States to determine their own voting laws.
