Why are some people so

Why are some people so adamant about not letting Beck change his views or accept has change of views? But when Tom Woods talks about how many years it took him to change, there is no issue. In fact, Tom Woods said he became a libertarian in baby steps. Isn't that what most of you did?

I understand that once you have accepted and understood the libertarian philosophy you think you just tells someone and they will join you. It doesn't work that way for most people. I rather have Beck promote liberty everyday than him promoting neoconservative ideas.

If you disagree with me on anything you are not a real libertarian...

Perception is reality

GB seems not to be genuine in the eyes of many.

Merely bashing Rove is not going to cut it imo.

donvino

What do you think Ron Paul

What do you think Ron Paul would say about Beck changing his mind? Would he reject him? After spending 30 plus years trying to convert people?

Tom Woods too years to convert.

If you disagree with me on anything you are not a real libertarian...

IDK

RP has most likely personally met GB. I have not. Thus I only can consider what GB says on television or elsewhere.

I think that if GB personally apologizes to RP supporters, friends, and family, perhaps many more would care to listen objectively when GB shared his commentaries and views.

donvino

GB is still converting.. Give

GB is still converting.. Give him a little more time..

If you disagree with me on anything you are not a real libertarian...

LMAO

Let me guess...you also believe those emails that claim a Nigerian bank is holding millions for you. No, really they are...just give them time to respond!

...

I find your lack of faith disturbing. But seriously, I was once a neocon, many here were. I'll always give Americans the benefit of the doubt when they try and broaden their scope of ideas. Obviously the judge agrees or he would never be on the show.

Mentally ILL Motherf*cker

Or one of the best con artists ever to be on TV. I am so sick of him and the people who follow this piece of sh*t.

The collectivist goes collective hunting.

Napalitono sees millions of individuals while knowing that liberty will bring prosperity.

Beck swears there is a collective because they hate him so much.

Yes, yes Glenn, we see your strawman.

How Do We Support Without Having Entanglements?

At the end of the show, he makes several key questions. Key for him, not libertarians.

1) How Do We Support Without Having Entanglements?
2) How do you convince libertarians to...go slow, not call for liberty now?
3) Who is going to win, the Karl Roves, John McCains and Lindsey Grahams or the liberty movement?
4) And how do we bring them (libertarians) in?

Those 3 questions reveal that GB is no libertarian.

1) We don't support Israel. We stop. And most of all we Stop FAST because their country was a UN created country, a theocracy justified country and most of all country that practices religious ethnic cleansing via its apartheid policies.

2) To BE a libertarian means you are a person who is calling for liberty "now", not later, not next year or in ten years... We demand our freedom now. We want the income tax to end NOW. Liberty is NOW, Liberty delayed is freedom denied.

3) They are going to win because they are tied into the 7 institutions of Oligarchical power. We have a "Oligarchical dictatorship" or "Dictators of the Round Table", it just has 7 seats around the table. Here are the 7 seats of the American Dictatorship.

1. The President of the USA
2. The Secretary of Defense
3. The Secretary of State
4. The Atty General
5. The Head of the FBI
6. The Head of the CIA
7. The Head of the World Bank

4) Bring them in? We walked in. And we will stay inside because we have seen 40 years of wilderness in the LP. We realize now, hopefully, that infiltration of the 2-party duopoly is the only way to muck with the system.

Judge

Is a stronger man than most.

donvino

This is the same Glenn Beck

This is the same Glenn Beck that endorsed big spendng, go along to get along, establishment Republican Rick Santorum in the primaries. You can't claim to be a Libertarian and agree with Judge Napolitano as much as Beck claims to, and simultaneously disagree with Ron Paul more than Santorum like Beck did. Something doesn't add up with Beck.

"Where liberty is, there is my country." -Benjamin Franklin

Is anyone allowed to change

Is anyone allowed to change or do you judge them forever by what they once believed or said? Were you born a libertarian??

If you disagree with me on anything you are not a real libertarian...

Yes, people are absolutely

Yes, people are absolutely allowed to change. But if between the ages of 46 and 49 you transform from a person who despises and badmouths the most outspoken libertarian/Constitutionalist in America into a person who calls himself a Libertarian/Constitutionalist who supports nearly every position the person you just disrespected supported, then you are going to have to expect some damage to your credibility.

And no, I wasn't born a Libertarian. I became one in college when I started following politics. Perhaps I still have some evolving of myself to do. However, Glenn Beck has been studying and following history and politics for decades and in the last year he changes from hating Libertarians to becoming one? People have a right to question this guys' motives. And his motives are, of course, to boost ratings, expand his business, and make money. If he helps the country, that is an added benefit.

"Where liberty is, there is my country." -Benjamin Franklin

I am different. I welcome

I am different. I welcome anyone who wants to join the movement, no matter how long it had taken them.

Would you not want O'Reilly and Hannity to convert tomorrow and join us? Or you prefer every neocon stay the same?

Sorry, no one becomes a libertarian to boost ratings. That is just ridiculous. There is really not a big audience of libertarians. If anything it could hurt his ratings.

If you disagree with me on anything you are not a real libertarian...

Maybe so. The Tea Party

Maybe so. The Tea Party started out being a Ron Paul/ Libertarian movement. Then GB, etc took it over. Now he's claiming to be a Libertarian. I'm not saying to not welcome people with open arms. I'm saying watch out for people saying they are Libertarians and then attempting to transform the meaning into something else. But yes, now that i've watched the entire Judge nap interview, I feel better about his sincerity. The opening dialogue was rough.

"Where liberty is, there is my country." -Benjamin Franklin

If

Hannity and/or O'Reilly joined the Liberty Movement I would not be taken by surprise. But Beck has called for the army to round up the Ron Paul supporter to get rid of them and that he needed to hire more body guards because the Paul supporters were threatening his life. No way could I support him being a part of the Libertarian Party.

Glenn Beck is only for fame and fortune, period.

Joined the Liberty Movement in Anchorage, Alaska, 1977. Ron Paul supporter since 1983.
In Liberty from the Pacific Northwest.

Don't support him then. I am

Don't support him then. I am on the other hand will welcome anyone who has a change of heart and will promote liberty. So would Ron Paul. This is what we work for. Convert people, even if it takes time.

If you disagree with me on anything you are not a real libertarian...

He is a right wing Phil Donahue...

Just a regular conservative... thats it. And as a regular conservative, he must court the hard core tea party/libertarian/constitutionalist right for his audience.

That is all there is to it. Nothing more.

Phil Donahue, often frustrated hard core leftists/socialist/communists/trade unionists with his votes for run of the mill democrats. They were "pleased as punch" when Phil had on socialists such as Michael Harrington and others, and then "shocked" when Phil Donahue did not vote or support the most socialist in the race.

Does it add up now?

Good point.

Yes, thanks. And if I had to bet, I'll say he keeps having on libertarians like Judge Nap and good Tea Partiers like Ted Cruz, and come time for the 2016 primaries he'll endorse a Rubio/Paul Ryan type in the race and steer his audience away from the best option. Jmo.

"Where liberty is, there is my country." -Benjamin Franklin

Phil Donahue.... it struck me,,,..we have our own Phil Donahue

I can recall the days in the '70's, 80', and 90's when Phil Donahue was on the air. My liberal, school-teaching, dad & mom, would both cheer and squirm while watching and listening to Phil Donahue.

Mom and Dad loved it when Phil made the liberal case against conservatives, (but he did not make it good enough or in the right way) but then even worse, he often fell back "unsure of where America is going" and "but I just don't know how you can change things"...and to make himself even more "middle america looking" he would have on die-hard liberals who would then "teach" and "enlighten" Phil Donahue and his audience about the wisdom of the liberal position.

My parents had a love-hate viewing relationship with Phil Donahue and today it seems that Glenn Beck is striking that same pose.

Today, Glenn Beck is the new Phil Donahue of the right. Glenn often fell back "unsure of where America is going" and "but I just don't know how you can change things"...and to make himself even more "middle america looking" he would have on die-hard libertarians on who would then "teach" and "enlighten" Glenn's and his audience about the wisdom of the libertarian position.

So, wouldn't it be fun to see Phil Donahue and Glenn Beck on an hour program together? Glenn Beck asks the Judge "what is it" that I am not saying or doing that is not making me a libertarian for christ sake??? The Judge answered with the NAP. Lets see if Glenn Beck truly gets the NAP when arguing with Phil Donahue....

Oh how I would like to see that.

But fortunately for me, this young 18 year old man at the time, Phil slipped up and put an actual libertarian on the show! No doubt he was thinking he was just another Conservative that he could trip up with his call for "Govt should give us Equality & Fairness save us from Profit & Greed".

.... Watch this libertarian win over Phil's liberal audience.

He's trying really hard to get us to stop hating him!

Even though I have never liked Beck, its nice to see him putting on a better act.

exactly

It almost pains me to say it but I was pleasantly surprised by his questions and responses. Even if he is a fake, those ideas aren't, they last and will hopefully get stuck in his viewer's ideals. He's a pop figure getting a good message out to people who probably wouldn't have heard anything otherwise, I can't really argue with this situation.

-Give me liberty.

Listen!

You will never grow this movement if you aren't generous and hospitable to others.

I don't like Glen Beck as a person but wow this was a great interview that exposed a lot of people to some great ideas.

Also, the Judge made great points when it comes to how to help those who are religious (I am) connect with Libertarian ideas. AND he briefly discussed abortion and how yes you do have a right to your own body but you don't have a right to the baby's body. The founders believed in protecting life and this will become a central issue soon. I am saying all this to say we need to do better at converting people to freedom lovers. This was a helpful interview for that.

"Once you become knowledgeable, you have an obligation to do something about it."- Ron Paul

Judge missed an opportunity

Judge missed an opportunity to say any foreign aid should be done privately..

Glenn Beck... I just can't stand looking at him.. he gives me the creeps.

Bravo

I hope he continues to have strong voices of liberty on his show - I'd suggest Robin Koerner, Cyan Banister, Terry Michael, Stewart Rhodes, Julie Borowski, Josh Tolley, Ben Swann, Pastor Brian Jacobs, Doug Wead, Michael Nystrom and more - Beck and his audience of millions would greatly benefit from listening and learning from them.

ooohhh please

Glenn Beck is going to define libertarianism for us all? Gimme a break, I could barely stomach is acting for the first 19 mins, the guy is a hack, and a hatchet man for the NWO, trying to co-opt libertarians...

I love the Judge, but I hate he would be on Becks show and give this guy anymore attention that he deserves... I still cant for the life of me see how anybody can like this guy, he is so slimely!!

Judge Napa

for Attorney General! This man has a lot of good ideas and I wish more listened to his wisdom.

If you don't know your rights, you don't have any.

I keep hearing this bullcrap...

...philosophy that you have a duty to protect yourself. No, I don't. I choose not to own a gun because:

1. I don't have an ID, nor do I want one.
2. I don't have enough money to buy one and then go shoot off tons of ammo.
3. I don't wish to submit to a background check and have the government know I am even interested in a gun.
4. I refuse to register my 2nd Amendment.
5. I am not going to walk around with a gun out in the open, so I want to conceal it, which requires yet another line of permission for a fundamental right.
6. I am single and I am going to stay that way as long as the economy is so bad where both spouses must work and as long as there is some feminist force in the world telling women that a job is fulfillment instead of raising children, so I have no loved ones to protect.
7. I don't really care about the few assets I have crammed into the 12'x12' room I rent.
8. I don't really care enough about my own life enough at this point in time to protect it. I "troll" the internet in the effort of pissing off someone enough that they will track me down and kill me. Not really "trolling," I just have my views that seem to go against the trendy grain and I refuse to back down and I show no respect towards someone who went to college in arguments about technical stuff.

Please come join my forum if you're not a trendy and agree with my points of view.

I didn't hear anyone say
