Democrats around the country are in a race to destroy the Second Amendment and the latest outrage is going down in Missouri.

Democrats Rory Ellinger and Jill Schupp have introduced House Bill 545, a law that with the stroke of a pen will turn thousands of law-abiding Missourians into class C felons. It will ban the possession, sale, transfer or manufacture of semi-automatic rifles and magazines capable of holding more than ten rounds.

The law is in effect de facto confiscation demanding the “surrender” of firearms to the government.

“The bill is yet more evidence that federal and state governments are now pulling out all stops short of door-to-door confiscation in their coordinated effort to disarm the American people,” we reported at the time.

We won't

go for it, BP! It will never pass because we won't go for it.

Did you see what happened in Oak Harbor over a simple amendment to an already existing law? They showed up and basically told the City Council to stand the fu** down. Senior citizens, Veterans old and new, mothers, and reacreational volunteers were there.

T'was, truly, a site to see. I just wish I was there in person.

Lima-1, out.

If you don't know your rights, you don't have any.

Malvini to Lima 1 Over...

Roger that! Thanks for posting Lima 1...Malvini out...

Let Those Who Desire...

...and seek to disarm free men, have the courage of their convictions to be first in line on the first 'confiscation team' which is deployed to get it done.

Welcome to 'Revolution, Act II', motherfucker...Molon Labe.

Lets Stop These Bastards Cold!!

Malvini's Minutemen...Let them know we are not slaves, that we will not ever surrender our guns!

Great Job meekandmild!!

Thanks for posting..

All of you Dpers living in Missou, call your state rep. and give them hell, but please, don't use foul language.

Be Firm, but polite....

I don't need to contact my MO representative.

He is very strong on the 2nd amendment. He and his wife even run a gun range out near their home.

"Bend over and grab your ankles" should be etched in stone at the entrance to every government building and every government office.

email from Rep Cindy Crawford MO 129th dist.

Thank you for your email. I am sorry for the delayed response. I was out of the office all last week due to a death in my family. I was unable to cosponsor Rep Funderburk’s bill, since I was out of the office when he filed it. In the past, we could not co-sponsor a bill after it was already filed. Due to a recent change in procedure, I should be able to “cosign” the bill in the near future. I plan to do just that, assuming the bill stays in its current form.

As an employee of my district: as one of the people who oversee our government employees we direct our representative to cosponsor and support Rep. Doug Funderburk’s 2nd Amendment Preservation Act.

Thank you

Thanks for the info,

Thanks for the info, emalvini. Missouri is right outside my backyard. I mean literally; my property line ends at the MO state line. I'm printing off several copies this bill and I'm going to distribute them to my McDonald county neighbors. Maybe some will call their state reps. I'll put that info on the bill to make it easy for them.

No problem!

You are Welcome!

Now, lets make some calls and tell them NO!!...and HELL NO!!
