The Michigan GOP trying to rig election of state chair at state convention

At the convention next weekend being elected a state delegate might not be enough to win. A possibility is being talked about of elevating all alternates might happen. Clearly the race for chair is closer than the establishment would like it to be. If it favors them they will elevate alternates to fill vacancies in counties that aren't "properly represented". The national convention all over again.
