Cops Nab 5-Year-Old for Wearing Wrong Color Shoes to School

In Mississippi, if kindergarteners violate the dress code or act out in class, they may end up in the back of a police car.

A story about one five-year-old particularly stands out. The little boy was required to wear black shoes to school. Because he didn’t have black shoes, his mom used a marker to cover up his white and red sneakers. A bit of red and white were still noticeable, so the child was taken home by the cops.

The child was escorted out of school so he and his mother would be taught a lesson.

Did the cop beat the little boy?

What color

Shoes can you wear in home school?

Government schools were started by Bismark in Prussia and copied by Horace Mann here to train children to be obedient slaves and warriors for the state. They have succeeded beyond their sponsors' wildest hopes

I've never really understood

I've never really understood why children need to wear shoes to school anyway. It would be better if they were allowed to just go barefoot.

Drain the swamp!

Well, shoes do keep one from

harming one's tender feet - what I don't get is why the color matters.

I think it has to do with control...and of course teaching people lessons...like obeying their masters and never, ever, ever thinking for themselves or claiming to be an individual.

insanity continues! Perhaps the parent(s) are poor and cannot afford new shoes?? When I went to school, boys were not allowed to wear jeans, yet the very poor did so (Jeans were very cheap back then.) and nothing was said or done.

In addition, boys' hair was not allowed to touch their collars. One student of middle-class parentage was taken to the barber by the principal, yet a doctor called the school and informed them that they had better not take his son (whose hair touched his collar)to the barber. That student's hair touched his collar until graduation.

Girls could wear mini skirts (I did), yet were not allowed to wear culottes, which actually covered more! I wore culottes one day and got sent home to change my clothing. Girls were not allowed to wear pants of any kind.

I guess the only difference between back then (50's/60's)and now is that the cops weren't involved--although they were involved ONCE when a student beat the crap out of the middle-school principal.

Students were, for the most part, well-behaved back then--teachers were allowed to hit us...and did so...and then you got hit again when you got home!!

Our graduating class created a petition, which got approved, that the year following our graduation blue jeans could be worn to

I must ask myself how those cops could scare/emotionally damage a 5-year-old? How can they live with themselves?

Control freaks from the very top of the empire to the

lowest rung of "the system" ;-(

How to keep ourselves from becoming the *anti-establishment control freaks*, and still remain totally true to our innermost selves, is the challenge of life-time for each of us.

I will show this one to my family

It will make probably 200 of these type things I have shown them and yet they will all pull me aside at family functions to tell me how worried they are about my 2 1/2 year-old daughter's future. Mind you, if there was ONE story on TV about, say, a bad taco at taco bell, they'd all swear off taco bell forever. But kids being oppressed is just more reason to follow whatever rules are laid before us.
Maybe, I'll just tell them that my daughter refused to put her socks on so I had her arrested and tazed, just so she can become a better citizen.

I think the fluoride worked.

When the cops killed that little girl with a flash grenade, that was our "V for Vendetta" moment. That SHOULD have brought every parent in this country to the streets, it should have resulted in exposure of the corruption in our "law enforcement" system (a cause Chris Dorner is now a martyr for.)
I've been telling people here that the Franklin Scandal is still going on, and that the pedophilia ring reaches from hometown copper to the White House, people still refuse to pay attention. So, stuff like this just keeps happening:
In all realms of "authority"
Including in our "hometown"
And being ignored:

(Those are all stories I found in the last 24 hours news cycle.)

Nothing enrages Americans enough to stand together. We would much rather find our differences and fight about them than learn to agree to disagree when we must but stand our common ground when we can.
We allow the TSA to molest our children, teach them to tolerate it. We have "mental health" professionals who protect suspected pedophiles because they view it as a "sexual orientation" and think jail is too harsh. We have cops who come in and humiliate entire families to intimidate entire schools, and still...
Everyone reports to their cubicle every day to churn the FRN and keep paying for their enslavement.

At this point anyone that is still sending their kid to a

public school is hopelessly asleep and stuck inside the matrix. Schuels are now offically government indocrination prisons setup in areas designated as "gun free zones" to increase the chances of mass violence. Who would voluntarily send their own child to such a place?

This is just hitting me hard today.

My daughter is exactly as you describe. Hopelessly asleep and stuck in the matrix. It breaks my heart, did you see that story about the Idaho school on lockdown over a shovel? That is the school district my grandchildren live in. One of the major reasons my daughter hates me is I begged her too hard to give up her career and home-school her children. Offered to home school them for her, so she could do both. She INSISTS they get a PUBLIC school education, although she will consider a "charter school." I wonder if any of this is having any effect on her at all?

Offered to home school ...

YOU are awesome.

Pray she changes her mind...you will be eternally blessed and she will be eternally grateful.

((hugs)) We have delt with questions on homeschooling as well,

Does she give any reasoning at all for her strong support of public schools? Would she consider a private (not necessarily 'Christian or religious) school? I am so sorry for you. We are homeschooling, and mostly we get questions, not direct opposition. Does she agree with everything taught there? That might be a good starting point, not to mention the dangers inherent in the 'fish barrel'. (Read law-abiding citizen gun free zone)

Thanks for the kindness

The situation is so FUBAR - I can hardly describe it. She is not as opposed to it as she acts... In her heart, I am pretty sure she wants to be a stay at home mom but she is half of a "power couple" and the other half is very fond of her income. And that is just layer one. Her "support" of public schools is more of a brick wall against anything that we suggest that makes her look at her life very closely at all. That Bill Hicks bit... "What d you mean this is just a ride? This HAS to be real! Look at the furrows of worry on my brow..." That is her. Only as near as I can tell, what worries her is not what others will think, only making sure she does not upset her husband.

So sorry to hear about

this situation.

Anyone operating as a person

Anyone operating as a person using a United States citizen title to receive a federal benefit, such as public schooling, must follow all orders, codes, statutes, or decrees of superior officers.

The reason [C]ommercial [O]ffense [P]ractitioner'[S] exist is to keep junior government agents in line while deriving a gain or receiving a benefit.

Since the American people are too busy enjoying chains of federal servitude to demand any liberty I am for more cops arresting more kids. Maybe if there were more cops to arrest all kids disobeying rules the pathetic compliant nature of humanity seeking authority external to self would be put on full display when everybody realized nobody was going to do anything about it.

Since the IRS got a huge addition to its payroll I am optimistic there is plenty of opportunity to greatly increase the swarm of officers eating out of our substance.

I hate to agree with you.

But I can't disagree...

Fishy - Hang in there

My 22 year old daughter is still resisting much of what I tell her but its not because she doesn't believe me, its because she refuses to step outside her comfort zone. I keep a steady flow of information directed at her and I will never give up on helping her wake up but I have to be strategic in dealing with her. However, I don't waste my time on people that I don't love who don't show any interest in knowing whats really going on. There are too many people that need help for me to try and force the message of freedom and liberty down the throats of people who just don't care.

One thing you can be sure of...when TSHTF and MORE government is offered up as the solution...a lot of people (like your daughter I'm gussing)who have been dismissing everything we say will have an "ah ha" moment. One of the most improtant things that WE in the liberty movement are making available to our friends, family, and neighbors is an option OTHER than MORE STATE POWER. Its Freedom vs Slavery.

One thing I found when I devoted the rest of my life to this movement is that you MUST love your children MORE than you love yourself. At age 50 I don't expect I'm going to experience true freedom in my lifetime...but I'm confident that my daughter and future generations WILL get to live in a MUCH more free society.

Also, instead of fighting with your daughter about schuel, anytime you have her kids, just make sure you use some of that time to de-program them and teach them things that matter. Put ZERO emphasis on their grades from their schuel. The best you can do for your grandkids unti your daughter wakes up...is to "covertly" help them un-learn the socialist ideals and State worship indoctrination they are "learning" in Scheul.

And don't be afraid of public schuels. Sure they are bad and sure they are at best pointless...but, we all went through basically the same type of schuels and we turned out ok. Kids are much more resilent than we give them credit for and the chances of your grandkids getting shot or arrested at scheul are still extremely low.

Cheer up fishy. You seem beat down lately. Churp up! :-)

The situation is incredibly complicated.

I may have a "Stockholm syndrome" situation on my hands. I will never give up on HER, but I have to be realistic. I was full time nanny-granny for 2 years, then a situation I just can't go into developed and I did not see that grandson, or the newborn one, for almost 2 years now. We have only spoken on the phone 3 or 4 times over that period, she has cut me, my husband and my son out of her life.
But thank you for the kind words, I pray for her all the time, all the time.

I feel ya...

As I believe I've mentioned to you before, my "awakening" cost me the relationship of both my parents and both my sisters. I haven't seen or spoken to any of them in 2 years and its entirely possible that my Dad is no longer living.

I'd have a difficult time coming up with any possible situtation where my relationship with my daughter would ever deteriorate to any signifcant degree. We have always been close, I've never intentionally lied to her about anything in my life, and I let her do anything she wanted to do growing up as long as I didn't feel she would be doing something unsafe.

My wife and I threw off the chains of religion several years ago and my daughter is still a little bit religious but shes doesn't go to church and doesn't read the bible so I think shes safe. ;-O

Good luck in resolving whatever the problems are. As longs you are doing and saying what you know in your heart to be right...its not really your place to force any issue with your daughter. (in my opinion of course)

I've become a markedly different person since I "woke up". Although I love my daughter dearly, if I knew she was safe and happy it would no longer end my world if I never saw her again. All I truly want for her is to be happy. I hope that inculdes me but if it doesn't, I can now live with that. I had no idea how much stress my parents and sisters caused me. I used to drink heavily, have a terrible time sleeping, and worried WAY too much about those relationships. Now that they have been severed...I rarely drink, I sleep like a baby, and I don't worry about $hit!

If someone told me 5 years ago that God, my parents, and sisters would no longer be a part of my life and I would be happier than ever...I would have called them insane. I would have expected to drink more, be more depressed, and have lost much of my reason for living. It turned out to be the exact opposite! ...and I'm loving every minute of it!

If I was confident she was happy, I'd be happy

She does not appear happy, she appears dominated and unable to do what she claims she wants to do. (She claims she wants us in her life.)
I have to go, chores don't wait. Thanks for listening, I don't have many people I can talk to about this at all.

Hi fishy!

I randomly used the words "across the universe" in conversation with my fiancee two days ago, and have been listening to that song by the Beatles ever since. It's really neat; the chorus part "Jai Guru Dev(a) Om" is homage to their spiritual teacher's teacher (poetic license added the (a)), and the sound the universe makes (Om).

The "Composition" section at Wikipedia is only a few paragraphs and really insightful -- the song started as a somewhat negative reaction to his wife going on and on about something, and ended up a beautiful addition to this world. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Across_the_Universe#Composition

Thank you for helping wake me up. Love, love, love. Not quite "all you need" -- it is necessary, but not sufficient. Love. It's easy.

I love you. I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you.

That was very cool.

I'd never paid much attention to the song before. I liked it, but I like a lot more now.

I'm glad my words and love

could reach you from across the universe. And that the song filtered itself into my brain similarly. I tend to be very musically-associative, something my fiancee has opened my consciousness to.

It's snowing here right now, it's beautiful. A slight and changing wind is making visual vortexes out of the snowflakes. Hey -- I'm going to go watch Marko Rodin now, so again, thanks. :)
