You're being argumentative over silliness.

That you are even comparing this squabbling to meaningful debate and discussion is perhaps another case in point to what Shark was trying to politely tell you above.

I'm respectfully moving on from this particular dialogue. People can take it for what it's worth.

I don't think that the future of our country is "silly"

If you think that discussing possible alternatives to bringing about actual positive change to our country and government is "silly", and thus you dismiss it as such, well that's certainly your prerogative.

As far as shark is concerned, he already amended his critique of my post, stating that I indeed had a very valid point, and that what needed fixing was my "tone". You can also take that for what it's worth.
