TSA threatens to pat down my 3 year old daughter

Specifically BECAUSE she is in a wheelchair. At one point she is crying "I don't want to go to Disney World!" The moral of this video is that you can and SHOULD stand up to the TSA goons. Ultimately, they backed down from patting her down and just swabbed her wheelchair (a violation too, I know). The TSA agent that said she was going to pat her down said that it was illegal to record her (BS!) and then lied about saying she was going to pat her down. How is this not discrimination/profiling disabled people?

What if everyone stood up to these bullies? Do you think it would change things?

We certainly are trying.

I just don't know when it will all sink in, ecard71. How much more will people take before they undertand? This Republic was unique, and even at that only a very small percentage faught for it all. Considering the billions of people on this forsaken rock, most are just inclined to be dictated to by others.

Sorry - I should've noted my sarcasm

I happen to agree with what emalvini said above as he pointed out a perfect, and all too common example for what I've been saying all along:

The problem with "AMERICANS" I see is OVERWHELMING FEAR/COMPLACENCY and a LACK of UNITY. Read some of the comments here: http://www.dailypaul.com/274899/historic-case-to-challenge-b... and you'll see what I mean.

United we STAND, DIVIDED we......

I should have picked up on the sarcasm, I'm just a little tired.

"The problem with "AMERICANS" I see is OVERWHELMING FEAR/COMPLACENCY and a LACK of UNITY."

I agree with all except FEAR. The majority of people welcome it. It's for our own good, after all. I'll slip in the /sarc. :-)

Leaving me out of the picture I think it may be important to ask someone who went down this road.

As such:

http://www.goodreads.com/quotes/34738-and-how-we-burned-in-t...

“And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?... The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin's thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If...if...We didn't love freedom enough. And even more – we had no awareness of the real situation.... We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward.”

If you just can't stand to listen to someone from another culture, then how about this:

http://www.nationalcenter.org/SamuelAdams1776.html

"But when I am aroused by the din of arms; when I behold legions of foreign assassins paid by Englishmen to imbrue their hands in our blood; when I tread over the uncoffined bodies of my countrymen, neighbors, and friends; when I see the locks of a venerable father torn by savage hands, and a feeble mother, clasping her infants to her bosom, and on her knees imploring their lives from her own slaves, whom Englishmen have allured to treachery and murder; when I behold my country, once the seat of industry, peace, and plenty, changed by Englishmen to a theater of blood and misery, Heaven forgive me if I can not root out those passions which it has implanted in my bosom, and detest submission to a people who have either ceased to be human, or have not virtue enough to feel their own wretchedness and servitude!"

I'll add some common sense with this:

"Nobody in the world, nobody in history, has ever gotten their freedom by appealing to the moral sense of the people who were oppressing them." -Assata Shakur

What about a Freedom Flight

We get a whole plane of people who really dont have to be anywhere at a certain time. The entire flight opts out and films. Have a lawyer in the mix with some veterans and oath keepers. Do a chip in.

Political Economy

In one sentence:

Power produced into oversupply reduces the price of power while purchasing power increases because power reduces the cost of production.

I can't convey to you something you cannot know.

"We didn't love freedom enough. And even more – we had no awareness of the real situation.... We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward."

What I can do, I think I can, is point you in a politically economical direction, as other people have pointed me in my past.

Example:

Criminals with badges currently perpetrating crimes while hired by the victims to prevent crimes.

That is a political and an economic problem, and by that I mean that the power of thought (politics) is one aspect of the problem (you don't know how to solve the problem, but you are at least working to find a solution) and another aspect of the problem and the solution is physical (economic) as you don't have command of the power required to solve the problem even if you do find a workable solution.

What if someone else were able to point you in the direction of both the political and the economic solution?

Would you recognize it if you saw it?

Again the problem:

Criminals with badges currently perpetrating crimes while hired to prevent crimes.

Do you know what other people on this forum have discovered in the area of Bonding?

If you do not know, then you won't know about a workable (possible) solution to the problem that is in your power to command.

The problem is that the problem is very large, and it is a problem that adversely affects millions, even billions, of people, so the problem has a dimension to it that can be understood as Economies of Scale.

If you and I work more toward calling these criminals (with badges) on their crimes, actually calling up a bonding company when we see a crime in progress, a crime perpetrated by a criminal, tell the criminals that we are going to call their bond, place a claim against their bond, or some other thoughtful, willful, actionable act, you, me, and any other witness, or any other victim to crimes perpetrated by criminals with badges, then what is the end result?

The end result, if the Law Power remains to be at least semi-moral, or at least founded upon economic productive power, then violence can be completely averted, if not, then not, and if we also fail to act defensive with effective weapons of defensive violence, we will then be left with ineffective weapons of defensive violence (...half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand...), and if we fail that too, then the survivors after the storm can repeat the same words: "We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward.”

Would you care to elaborate or link to the information on bonding. I personally know squat about it.

Bonding

http://www.dailypaul.com/259174/free-the-planet-by-morning#c...

That is my first look into bonding.

I now have the following bookmarked.

http://www.1215.org/lawnotes/work-in-progress/bonding-code.htm

I think that any case where someone is witness to victimization, or a victim, has options that are not options the criminal wants the current or the future victims to know about, and this appears to be setting that standard very high.

If effective remedies (like Trial by Jury) are seldom used then that fact can be compared to a future fact whereby remedies are used much more often by more people.

Take the case of the TSA, for example, along with all the other things a person may be inspired to do when victim to crime by government employee, or witness to a victim suffering from crime by government employee, is a call to the bonding company where that person with that badge has that bond held; is that worth doing more often, just like asking if it is worth getting into a Jury and setting a National Tax (IRS extortion fee) "evader" free from such crimes perpetrated against us?

Just like it may be a good idea to take a criminal with a badge to court, in some manner, and just like asking if it is a good idea to begin redeeming your earnings in lawful money instead of redeeming your earning in "elastic" Federal Reserve Notes.

Bonding makes perfect sense to me while the criminals are making their crimes legal they still need to keep the victims producing enough things worth stealing, so they have in place a method they use to remove their worst from their group, they allow the victims to sue the "officers of the law" and then they buy insurance to keep enough money around to pay for damages from that insurance fund.

The insurance providers are in competition with each other, because the insurance providers actually have to have the cash on hand to pay off the victims who sue the "officers of the law", and that is called Bonding.

If an "officer of the law" is found guilty of being a criminal while being paid to "protect and serve", then the bonding company has to pay that compensation to the victim.

If an "officer of the law" is found guilty then that individual is un-insurable, that officer loses his bond, and that officer can no longer work for the Union of "officers of the law", no insurance, no license, and that guy (or gal) has to look for an honest job, or be a criminal without a badge.

The law suit may or may not ever happen, but the claim made to the Bonding company could happen, and if so what happens if a claim is made on the Bonding company even if the law suit does not happen?

Where does the money come from when a law suit is paid to a victim where the victim is a victim of a crime perpetrated by a person hired to protect victims from crime?

How bad is it, here in America?

If all the money is worthless paper printed up by frauds, then there can't be anything to eat, no clothes to wear, no fuel for heat, or transportation, so the actual power has to come from somewhere, and finding out where is just another part of "follow the money".

It sounds to me like the Bonding companies are still semi-Free Market, or competitive, and therefore they have to actually balance the books, and so they fire, remove, or no longer pay for bad apples.

So...next time someone is inspired to resist crimes (TSA for example) perpetrated by criminals with badges, ask for their badge number, find out who is holding their bond, and make a complaint.

How bad it it here in America if no one knows how to remedy any case where things are bad?

How about those "officers of the law" doing the Waco on the house in Big Bear California?

Names, badge numbers, phone numbers to bonding agents, phone calls, claims, more than now.

Does that sound reasonable?

Joe

It does

I need to do some homework. I find there are sometimes some pretty simple solutions to things. Knowledge with action is indeed power.

I ran into one forum member here who worked on (I did not remember to bookmark the topic) cooperating with about 100 people, to have each one helping each other one, and they all show up at court if any one of them is being targeted by criminals running government.

Those are my words, not the words of the person I'm speaking about, and the number 100 is historically significant, going back into English Common Law.

I think it is important to begin understanding the differences between Admiralty Law (U.S. corporate flags with the yellow frills on the edges) and Common Law.

My take on that is that Admiralty Law is Crime made Legal and Common Law is the Revolutionary Forces that work toward Liberty.

OK, adding, to make this specific to the Topic: If 100 people are at the TSA crime in progress crime scene at the airport, where these 100 people know better than to allow a pedophile to openly rape a child in front of these 100 people, with or without the pedophile wearing gloves or a badge, then these 100 people would stop their own personal lives and begin focusing attention upon preventing the crime in progress, and they would know how to prevent that crime according to some common sense, common law, where the criminal does not collect a reward for the crime in progress and the victim, or victims, are prevented from having to pay that reward in that way, at that time, and everyone resumes their lives without having to waste too much time and effort on wasteful things.

I repeat things like a broken record:

http://www.ushistory.org/paine/commonsense/sense2.htm

"Society in every state is a blessing, but Government, even in its best state, is but a necessary evil; in its worst state an intolerable one: for when we suffer, or are exposed to the same miseries BY A GOVERNMENT, which we might expect in a country WITHOUT GOVERNMENT, our calamity is heightened by reflecting that we furnish the means by which we suffer."

If 100 people simply say to the pedophile, as the pedophile dons his or her gloves, NO, you are not going to assault that little girl while we are here, NO, we don't stand for that here, not in our State, not in our Country of Separate and Sovereign States, and not on our watch, and we are not going to look the other way, so cease and desist right now: Pedophile.

Your badge covers your crimes up no more.

99 instead of 100?

How about 1 instead of none?

Why?

Because we are lobotomized slaves.

Of course, not speaking to DP'ers, but people, Get off TV and get your children out of public re-education camps, aka public schools.

I don't want to go to Disneyland either.

By the way

I went to one of the Disney parks and was fingerprint scanned by some machine. I'm sure they'll be flying drones over it soon.

I DO!

For every person who downplays this by saying 'I don't want to go to Disneyland either', just makes it worse. It is a cop-out! It does NOT solve the problem!

Some

of the comments on the youtube show just how devolved we've become as a society.
While "business pros" are praised in rental car ads for wearing slip on shoes and being able to strip all the metal from their person in an instant at the checkpoints, parents with special needs children are being ridiculed for trying to maintain some sense of dignity.

It's simply mind boggling how far we've digressed.

I'm waiting for someone to invent the "cavity check khakis" that have a vel-cro flap in the back where the lemmings can just bend over the checkpoint exam table and await their probe technician.

Wow, there really are some

Wow, there really are some sick comments on that vid.

Resist the temptation to feed the trolls.

Don't give them any ideas. I

Don't give them any ideas. I admire the way this mother kept her cool, asked the right questions appeared to comply with co-operation but resolved to protect her daughter. I'm afraid my travel days are over. I know I can't handle this groping BS. and the situation would escalate with some confrontation. I suppose that is the real agenda to discourage rightful citizens to travel even within their own country.

I'd

bet that they have much more sophisticated plans than my "TSA Trousers."

I would imagine retina, face and fingerprint scanners are just around the corner. They've already been tested in Fallujah Iraq, and are most likely going to be rolled out with police forces across the Nation.

It seems like people are being herded in that direction. Get them irate enough with the groping and scenes of children being patted down, and they will willingly accept the biometric technology to "keep them safe."

Read the comments.

There's a lot of pro-TSA crapola going on there. It must've made it to Reddit or some "Liberal" bullshit site. I'm trying to defend the woman. If you have a second, jump in.
