Chris Christie's Solyndra, Revel Casino Bankruptcy after $261 million. Christie said in 2011 "This is a model for the future."

Chris Christie is no conservative. He supports big government, and one example is the Revel Casino in Atlantic City, NJ. The investment bank Morgan Stanley stopped construction on this project and wrote down a $1.2 billion loss.

Christie said that the government had to get involved to finish the construction of the casino that the private sector said would be unprofitable. The labor unions wanted the casino finished, so that they could go back to work building it, and Christie agreed and pumped gave out hundreds of millions of state dollars for a casino. Talk about spreading the wealth around.

He gave Revel $261 million in state tax incentives, and said that Revel was the "model for the future" and called it a game changer for Atlantic City, yet less than a year later it is bankrupt and Atlantic City struggling.

He's a liberal Republican.

This is why I am running against Christie in June 4 Primary

You don't have to be a registered Republican to vote in NJ Republican primary. Independent voters can also show up and vote without joining any Republican club or filling any extra paperwork. This Christie Revel deal is much worse than it looks. Christie invested $200 million of NJ pension funds in the deal. Christie kept dirty promises made by Democrat Corzine in 2009 to the building trades unions--which is why Democrats and building trades unions now supporting Republican Christie. Christie signed off on special legislation that denied local voters their right to force a referendum on $4.2 million of tax breaks for Revel Casino. Now, Revel Casino is stiffing Atlantic City taxpayers out of another $4.2 million of the taxes it does owe. Meanwhile executives, lawyers, and consultants of Revel Casino still getting rewarded for their failure with big salaries and severance pay. Doesn't house always win?

How does a casino go out of business? House always wins...right?

WOW! Govt always fails...always!

In Christie's

defense it was a game changer for him, a new all-you can eat buffet that he had not eaten out of business!

The bold effort the present bank had made to control the government ... are but premonitions of the fate that await the American people should they be deluded into a perpetuation of this institution or the establishment of another like it-Andrew Jackson

Who could possibly believe

Who could possibly believe that a casino that produces nothing could be and economic "game changer" It is like saying the future of American production is financial services...
