California Democrat, Linda Sanchez, Introduces Bill To TAX Concealed Carry

February 20, 2013

Rep. Linda Sánchez, a California Democrat with a history of attacks on the Second Amendment, introduced H.R. 793last week. The proposed legislation calls for an excise tax on concealed carry and a federal buyback program. It is co-sponsored by a number of Democrats in the House, including the notorious gun-grabber Rosa DeLauro.

In January, DeLauro introduced a similar bill, H.R. 226, the Support Assault Firearms Elimination and Reduction for our Streets Act.

DeLauro’s bill promised a tax break for gun owners if they turned over their firearms to the government. DeLauro’s bill was referred to the House Committee on Ways and Means and the Committee.

Will people declare their homes 'Tax free zones'?

How about taxing walking on the streets?
The more streets you walk on -- the more tax you pay.

How about taxing feeding birds?
The more birds you feed -- the more tax you pay.

Big Brother invents thousands of ways to tax the slaves the human slaves.

No Big Deal

Concealed carry permits are virtually impossible to obtain in California anyway. Many have political or police connections, so if Sanchez wants to tax her friends she can go right ahead. Californians who feel the need to protect themselves in public would have to do so illegaly now that open carry was banned there as well.
A host of additional draconian gun control bills are in the works which mandate liability insurance and restrict/regulate/liscence ammo purchasing. Californians have totally screwed themselves.

Get the word out to everybody.

Attend gun/sporting shows, etc. Print and distribute:

Murdock v Penn, 319 U.S. 105: clearly established that no state could convert a secured liberty into a privilege and issue a license and a fee for it.

Shuttlesworth v Birm, 394 U.S. 147: Said that if the state does convert your right into a privilege and charge a license and a fee for it you can ignore the license and fee, and engage in the right with impunity. That means they can't punish you…they have to let you go.

"...shall not be infringed." That phrase is very clear.

We are witnessing the end of the Constitution as we know it. Keep your guns close and your ammo closer.

Second Amendment:

A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.
