Ron Paul will get 2nd!

Dr Paul is solidly above McCain and Thompson and Dr Paul is leading with Nevada Independents @ 63% according to entrance polls. It also says that all of today's voters picked their candidate before today, so if the entrance polls have any bearing on what the outcome should be, we should be a solid 2nd place! http://edition.cnn.com/ELECTION/2008/primaries/results/epoll...

71 of 1789 precints reporting and Dr Paul is 3 votes behind McCain according to http://www.nvgopcaucus.com/results

From the looks of this so far, it looks like they're gonna stick us w/ 3rd place. Seems that media entrance poll confidence only applies to certain candidates. The good thing is that there is no clear front runner yet, so we do have a shot at this. Considering the "growth rate" of the Paulite movement, and that we are certain to raise more eyebrows on MLK day.....an independent presidential run should strongly be considered by the good Dr. IF he doesn't get the nomination for whatever reasons.

Watch Washoe county

Entrance polls say Paul got 31% in Washoe County (Reno), double what he got in Clark (Las Vegas) and the rural counties. Washoe is reporting 0% as of now, when Clark and the state as a whole are reporting 10%, Paul should break his current tie with McCain once Washoe starts reporting.

See the "Vote by Region" right above the income breakdowns.

However, it appears to be an extremely inaccurate entrance poll given the actual results. McCain beat Paul in Washoe county 16 to 15%.
