I'm not buying his assumptions.
He's describing what happens with low-level traders on a trading floor. He has no idea what is happening behind the scenes. He also says "those fines would be way to big" give me a break.
LIBOR is a way bigger scandal than if they were suppressing the price of silver. That's proof they will do whatever because they feel they are untouchable.
