Louis Farrakhan: The Liberty Movement's Missing Speaker?

Louis Farrakhan endorsed Ron Paul

Farrakhan is a speaker of Liberty, and he's got much more to say than Alex Jones IMO. http://www.youtube.com/wa...

I'd like to invite a Louis Farrakhan thread and how we can achieve Liberty together.

I am fine with welcoming

I am fine with welcoming anyone to the liberty movement. I am not fine with your premise that Farrakhan should speak for the Liberty Movement.

Empowering women?

What a novel idea!

I got your back on this one, Granger.

I still hate Karl Marx rove but I have a deeper respect for you.

And don't tell anybody I said this but Rand sounded pretty good on xm the other night.

I'm a tough sell and I hold a grudge but I can see the light when it shines...(except for kmr).

Empowering a woman to do what?

To feel condemned because their husband raped their daughter?

To blame themselves for not being good enough for their husband so instead he rapes their daughter?

How is that empowering? Now when that daughter marries, her husband can do the same thing, after all, she isn't good enough because she wasn't a virgin.

That is the message I am hearing and I am a woman.

I didn't watch the 2 hour

I didn't watch the 2 hour one. I did watch all of this one and have made comments below: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LltsON2o0bE I am not good with it at all.

I'm asking if you watched the entire 15 minute one you posted me.

I've got three minutes left on it so will check your response and post below.

I have watched all of what I have posted you, except I am in the middle of the one where he blames incest on the mother.

Somehow I missed that

But link me up, I want to see that for sure.

Farrakhan would BLOW THE LID OFF...

of the Liberty movement if he embraced our cause.

Imagine 20,000,000 Black Americans suddenly speaking in a voice with ours.

The ptb would die! They have spent ALL this time and money dividing us to conquer us and if the minister were to unite his people with us we would absolutely "kill" the tyranny that enslaves us in a matter of weeks!

We could only wish this division was ended and we could come together as Americans fighting a common tyranny.

I pray for that day.

If you do not you are a either a hypocrite, a liar, an imbecile, or all three.

Now, argue with me and expose yourself!

You may read my comment above and decide for yourself

what I am. It is not that I do not want everyone to unite, but you better be very sure with whom you are uniting. This man is proclaimed as every word coming from his mouth being the Word of God and as being God's representative to all the nations of the earth.

If he speaks the Word of God, why doesn't he speak the truth about Dr. Paul?

I've got three choices for you...

the neocons, the dems, or Farrakhan and his followers.

Choose wisely.

Choose this, goofy.

How about none of these three stupid false 'choices'. NONE stand for liberty.

I really dont get what you are saying

are you asking me to choose to be a neocon, a dem or a Farrakhan follower?

Do you have an answer for me? You say choose wisely, or else what? Off with my head? I do not understand what you are saying to me.

Check the Scriptures to see if it is so

This man is proclaimed as every word coming from his mouth being the Word of God and as being God's representative to all the nations of the earth.

If he speaks the Word of God, why does he use the word if?

"If" they will hear him they will beat their swords into plowshares. When Jesus, the Prince of Peace returns, there will be no "ifs." The Bible uses the word SHALL

Isaiah 2:4 And he shall judge among the nations, and shall rebuke many people: and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruning hooks: nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more.

Video is no longer available

He's a minister of Muslim Faith.

There are many Bibles ((((bear)))), and religious books. Seems the more I listen, the more I get the idea that Muslim religion developed out failure of Chritianity to serve black communities.

They feel Christianity was used to suppress them, by reminding them that THEY had to be like Jesus, and forgive those who constantly tresspassed against them, but never the other way around.

Which Video is no longer available

they all seem to be working for me.

The Christianity has been used by many people to do evil things. The crusades were against the Muslims.

There is no way to the Father except by Jesus. Those are Jesus' own words. They are either true or he is a liar.

John 14:6 KJV
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

If Jesus is a liar then he is a false prophet and not the Son of God. There are many books which people call holy, if they are true, then Jesus is a liar. If Jesus is a liar, then he is a false prophet and not the Son of God.

Jesus said you must be born again: http://www.biblestudytools.com/kjv/john/3.html and those who are not are condemnded because they have not believed in the Son of God.

Luke says this: Acts 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there isn one other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. http://www.biblestudytools.com/kjv/acts/4.html

The Bible is either the Holy Word of God or it is a book of lies.

Both vids stopped half way through

I don't think he argues that there is no way to the Father except by Jesus.

When did Farrakhan say Jesus was a liar? All he's done is praise Jesus in the vids I've seen.

I've only been looking at Farrakhan for two days, so I have a huge learning curve about him. I'm gathering that the Bible and Torah are good books and sacred books to the Muslims.

It just seems centuries of oppression in the name of the Lord establishing a blowback that resulted in Nation of Islam.

Farrakhan does not call Jesus as liar as far as I know.

My reply was to you in that you say there are many Holy Books, and what I am saying is that there is One Holy Book and if there are many, then the One is not.

People speak many different languages

Translations are constantly being made as the world evolves, New American Bible for Children, is different than the KJB, or the Holy Bible.. one big argument is whether it's "thou shall not murder, or kill". Mohammad is a profet not a God, he does not replace Jesus Christ, he delivered those who Christians seemed to think of as less than human. I've never studied Islam, never saw so much Farrakhan in my life. I was interested why this large group of Americans is being overlooked by the Liberty Movement. Ron paul would have to meet with Farrakhan for that to happen.

Look at this about Farrakhan http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mNibNBlkpKU

Farrakhan says that God came in the person of Mohammad.

The Koran does not say that Jesus died when he was crucified.

The Koran is not a translation of the Bible. It is a separate and different book.

Christians do not think anyone is less than human:

Revelation 7:9 KJV
After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands;

There are all nations and races because Jesus told us to do this:

Matthew 28:18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying , All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. 19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: 20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo , I amwith you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

How about hunting around on this site: http://www.answering-islam.org/authors/cornelius/crucifixion...

The Koran is a seperate book

And America is a Country with many religions.

Most white people don't know a Muslim, while most black people know at least one.

Freedom is popular, so isn't it about connecting despite religion, race, sex?

I'm not saying to embrace Farrakhan, but I still think to be ignorant of a large population that has been crying for freedom since before they organized.. coexist.

I had a dear Muslim friend. He was not black he was from

Pakistan. I had a dear Black friend. She was not muslim, she was Baptist. Jesus said to love my neighbor as myself. I have friends of all sorts and it is not based upon what race or religion they are.

As far as I can tell you are promoting Farrakhan and I think he should be vetted. If you have only been listening to him for 2 days, I think a little more time might tell. I support you Granger, and that is why I am questioning you on this.

I have no problem coexisting. However, that does not mean that I embrace other religions as truth. Live and let live. If I believe what the Bible says, I have a responsibility to speak the truth to those who do not know it.

I am not promoting Farrakhan

The top post should have had a question mark, because I am asking for discussion, why the Nation of Islam, at least what little I have seen, has many of the same massages as Ron Paul, and maybe, like your friends, they are on an international scale?

It all began with another post that was reaching out to black American, but people of color, to talk about Ron Paul.. and in the course of posts, it occured to me that as much as we think we reach out, there are huge communities that we are not reaching. Why?

I wouldn;'t expect any of us to embrace the other's religion, but rather embrace the idea that God's will can prevail with a restoration of the republic to constitutional law that gives us the freedom for God to be our Judge and government protect that with the boll of rights.

I love you very much (((((bear)))), and hope you understand that I am questing to learn, my apologies if I upset you or anyone.

The title does not have a question mark. The title is a declaration and the declaration's author is The Granger.

I am still looking at Farrakhan videos: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xzD5ip6_KQE

I am not more concerned for my white brothers and sisters than I am for any American because we are all Americans.

Here Farrakhan says he cares more about what black people want than what is best for black people. I have a problem with that. I want someone who cares what is best for the person, not for what they want. If Mr. Farrakhan had to choose between what is best for me and someone of color, what would he choose? The answer should be neither, because no one should be given choice over anyone else.

True, it does not, and that's my bad

I've thought about asking the moderators to change it, but it seemed to be a slow thread with negative reception for the most part, so I failed to bother asking.

I don't see myself as mucy as the Liberty Movement as much as in the GOP. The Liberty Movement seems somewhat stalled to me, where in the rEVOLution we are gearing up for Rand over Rubio.

I never thought of you being more concerned for one over another.

Farrakhan is pseaking to an audience who it seems to me agrees with him. So rather than ignoring the ideas of these Americans, I would think the kleast we can do it look with an open mind and heart KNOWING our Faith is in the Lord and fastened like a rock, so there is no fear.

It appears Farrakhan is trying to wake people of color up. I am not a person of color, only a person among many colors and curious what's going on in the name of Liberty, which farrakhan speaks.

I see Farrakhan addressing a black audience and for people to stick together. There's nothing wrong with that, it's still up to the individual to deicde if they are going to think for themselves, whihc takes many teachers, or think as they are told, which MSM has Ron Paul and Farrakhan beat.

It is easy to edit the title yourself, just click the edit

button. I should know...I fix mispellings in mine lol.

Maybe Farrakhan can be a speaker for the GOP since you are saying

"I don't see myself as mucy as the Liberty Movement as much as in the GOP."

Personally, I have come to think of myself as independent. I will vote for the person that speaks the message of liberty regardless of party.

My top post does not have an edit button

I'll ask the mods to change it.

I doubt Farrakhan belongs to any political party, and like many in the Liberty Movement, I doubt he will, and that is why I wondered if it was something the Liberty Movement would do.

I was an Indy, and came to understand that the problem was I had no representation, no voice, just whatever choices other parties were handing me, or loners who weren't going to win anyways. So why vote?

My Dad was always an Indy.. as decline to state party was for folks like my dad who served the president no matter who was elected.

Above the Post Title is the View Tab and Edit Tab

Just click on the edit tab and you can change it yourself when you are on the page of your post.

I have always been a straight ticket republican. I understand what you are doing joining the GOP. It is what we all should be doing IMO. I am just saying when it comes to voting or accepting a person as a speaker, I will listen to their words, not their party. I understand you had to sign a pledge. I am not talking about that. I am talking about me...I am still a registered republican anyways, but I am not longer a straight ticket one. I will vote indy. I appreciate what you are doing. I am not sure about Farrakhan though.

not if a mod has changed the format to embed it specially.

Jon, Hi. Thank you for that info. Thank you for taking the time to fix the title for Granger and for setting me straight.
