Photo caption reads: I've shown this slide to groups of Ivy League univesity professors, and I've also shown it to children, you know, 5-years old, my nieces and nephews and so forth.

When the professors look at it they say, "Well, clearly the dollars are not like the others because gold has no role as money, and Monopoly money is junk, and the American Dollar is a store of value. So that's not like the others."

But the children look at it and say, "Well, the gold coin is not like the others, because the other two are just piles of paper. The Gold coin is clearly something different."

So my question to the audience is, "Who's smarter? A five year old or an Ivy League professor?"

I was elected treasurer of my committee, which makes me a delegate at the CA GOP convention, and I am going there to vote in Liberty candidates, do the treasurer's training, attend the lunches and dinners, check out the tables and suites and give a report to DP, hopefully a good one about CA.

Now if you're thinking of pushing permaculture on Tallahassee to get as far away from any office I might hold. OK. Good luck in Tallahassee.

I wish that I was awake to all of this prior to January 2012. I feel that I maybe could have had a bigger and more positive impact on the turnout of events. Though I am a high achiever, I do have my shortcomings, and it makes me sad to tears that a man my age should have known what was really going on in our nation. I didn't, and I am very, very sorry :-( This is and will be the greatest regret of my life :-( :-(
