While we're at it, I'd also like the EPA to ban forced fluoridation of water supplies. It's lowering the IQ's of dolphins.

In this video, NOAA captured a recording of a navy sonar blast and the reaction of the whales. One of the worst sounds I've heard in my life, just awful. The captured recording is shown about three quarters into the clip.
