Global Elitism: The Character Traits Of Truly Evil People

By Brandon Smith

The first dangerous mistake the average person makes is the assumption that “evil” is a kind of subjective or “gray” concept. We would love to believe that all destructive and malicious behavior is merely a product of bad environment, bad upbringing, or mental psychosis. Deviance in the name of misguided “profit” or “status” is often more acceptable to the public; as long as there is a reason we can easily understand and grasp. What frightens the average American today is not the abhorrent action of criminality; rather, it is criminality without easily definable reason. What frightens the common citizen is the possibility that some people hurt others not because mommy and daddy “mistreated” them, or because they have a psychological deficiency that clouds their judgment, but because they fully and consciously ENJOY doing what they do. Our society is desperate to make excuses for the monsters of our era, perhaps because we would rather not entertain the possibility that there is a dark side to humanity as a whole, that if left unchecked, could take control in a deliberate and calculated way.

This is why the greatest crimes of our time often go ignored by the public. The idea, for instance, that international financiers and political elites would purposely create economic disparity, social chaos, and global war out of a desire for centralized power and a disturbed sense of superiority is simply too much for many to handle. Surely, these terrible events throughout our modern history are merely the result of random coincidence and human error…right?

"What frightens the common citizen is the possibility that some people hurt others not because mommy and daddy “mistreated” them, or because they have a psychological deficiency that clouds their judgment, but because they fully and consciously ENJOY doing what they do."

But your "because" here isn't a because, it's just an assertion that evil people enjoy being evil. You give no causation -- n because. I see your list did not rule out physiological deficiencies so perhaps that's the "because" you meant to pin the evil people down with. You ruled out nurture, so you must being blaming nature. There are people born evil.

Kids raised in compassionate, engage, freedom-seeking families with no chips on their shoulders can be simply evil. Do you know any such people? I mean, if this is an actual phenomena, it's got to be spread around the population. Because as you said, it's nothing to do with how a person is raised; it's innate.

I know two people whom I would label evil; both had terrible upbringings and have chosen to stick with that. Do you really know, personally, evil people who were not perverted by their upbringing or subsequent experiences and then continually chose to remain in that perversion?

I'm as amazed that you choose to look for some mystical, unexplained evil group of people to explain the crimes of our time, as you are amazed that the general public doesn't agree with you that the evil you seek is right in your own hands.

Phooey, this stuff is just classic sleight of hand to keep you looking outward rather than inward.

So you think Barrack Obama,

John Mcain, Lyndsey Graham, the Bushes, the Clintons, and the Gates' all really believe that they are in a 'war on terror'? And stealing trillions from the us taxpayer (unborn, as well) each year to fight this phony war while scaring the us people into giving away all their rights is just some crazy phenomenon that never took place before? And all this is perfectly normal and altruistic?

Central banking is just some boring way to manage a monetary system I suppose. Secret stealing under the guise of monetary policy is just all jolly good, I guess. Starving out 60 million Iranians until their 'leaders' agree to join the happy world central banking club is fun and hunky dory too.

How about the war on drugs? How many people suffer in cages or have died because of this scam that brings the above list of families untold billions?

Btw, the poster just linked to the article. He did not write it. The writer, Brandon Smith, is a popular contributor to Zero Hedge.

Crack a history book. Humans have been played like pawns for eons by psychopaths. World domination at the expense of hundreds of billions of humans has been the goal of these psychopaths for millennium.

Most excellent!

I see this in the eyes of this group every time they open their mouths.
