Silverstein Challenges Airline’s ‘Act of War’ Defense for 9/11 Attacks

The leaseholder of the World Trade Center properties is asking a U.S. federal judge to reject arguments that American Airlines is not liable for damages stemming from the Sept. 11, 2001 hijackings because the attacks were an act of war.

Larry Silverstein filed court papers Wednesday asking U.S. District Judge Alvin Hellerstein in Manhattan to dismiss that line of defense by the airline and its parent, AMR Corp , in the developer’s long-running negligence lawsuit against them.

"Pull it." It = Larry Silverstein

This billionaire should just disappear with all of his blood money. What's his agenda now?

well, only if you're not blind

you can see SilverSTEIN getting "judged" by HellerSTEIN.
it's not called the jewdicial system for nothing.

200:1 his motion is accepted.

You know, for an "innocent" man,

Larry sure keeps digging up old bones. Maybe he feels entitled to that $3billion-dollar insurance policy...

Hey Larry: maybe you should just PULL yourself out of this situation. You know how to do that, right? ;)

These criminals are starting to piss me off. They're still laughing into the camera and all the way to the bank.

If you don't know your rights, you don't have any.

from the day after the attact

we have been told this was an act of WAR. We are told that we are fighting a WAR on terror. Our rights are stripped because we are at WAR with terror. The WAR on terror has cost us trillions and the death and maiming of thousands of our young people.

So how could Silverstein make this claim possibly go away? I will tell you in two words: Judge Hellstein. Another member of the tribe. One fox asking another if he can come into the hen house.

Before all you "he's a racist" folks start voting me down I will make you a wager. If Silverstein loses his argument and Hellerman rules for Americam Airlines I will donate $2000 to the Daily Paul. If Hellerman rules for Silverstein I will expect you to do the same.

Insurance won't pay under certain circumstances

All the insurance I've seen generally has clauses against "act of God" and "act of war". This could laughingly be called the former (if there's a God that created everything and set it in motion then any resulting effects are due to Its behavior, and thus everything that happens is an "act of God"), and justifiably the latter: this action sent the US into a decades-long war, and thus was the "first act" to start it, e.g., an act of war.

It stands to reason then, that if claims for acts of war are null and void, why is this loss even being considered in a courtroom?

I love you. I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you.

Crazy. He takes out this big

Crazy. He takes out this big insurance policy before the attacks. Then he wants to say it was two separate incidents and he should get twice as much... just have to get as much money out of this thing as possible. Pull it.

This is the kind of stuff

This is the kind of stuff that confirms things like the new world order. Its never enough for these guys. more money and power

Its just part of the script

to convince ignorant masses that all that damage really was done by terrorists in hijacked planes, and sadly, its working.

A better headline would be:

A better headline would be: Larry wants the judge to "PULL" Act of War defence.

7 billion dollar profit

Not enough.

"If this mischievous financial policy [greenbacks], which has its origin in North America, should become endurated down to a fixture, then that government will furnish its own money without cost. It will pay off its debts and be without debts. It will hav

Guess Larry did not get a big enough payoff.

Before he "comes clean" with WHO is REALLY responsible, he better think about what THEY did to Bernie Madoff's son.
