As Tony Perkins wrote, January 15th; after Pastor Louie Giglio was purged from the speaking list for Obama's 2nd inauguration, "...liberals are no longer satisfied by the church's silence on homosexuality. They will accept nothing less than the active embrace and celebration of what the Bible calls sin – or use totalitarian tactics to get it. What was once outrage over Christian activism has been replaced by outrage over Christian association. The White House has declared that anyone who holds to the belief – spoken or unspoken – that sexual immorality is wrong has no place at democracy's table.

This should be a wake-up call to every evangelical who thinks they can pacify the Left by making the symptoms of immorality their sole focus and being silent on the cause: sin"

My thoughts exactly.

My thoughts exactly.

Southern Agrarian

wait...

..."celebrities" who stand out, or who have the spotlight on them( a big platform)shouldn't take that opportunity to uphold an obvious standard consistent with their purported positions?

We don't want fervor and debate, we want others to define us?

You two have never watched a debate and said "what he should have said is...,"

I'll armchair quarterback this one...it's my beliefs being criticized and mocked.and beaten down into silence here...Should Ron Paul never say the homosexual lifestyle is "risky" because it might anger his progressive libertarian base who think Christ being the Creator is more of a fairy tale than the idea that humans evolved from apes over millions of years?, or, should Christians and Christian Ron Paul Republicans be SILENT rather than politically incorrect and seem insensitive??

yep.. pushed to accept

yep.. pushed to accept something that is unnatural. I never will. Do what you like but don't make me accept it as normal behavior.

Obama's political correctness....

The same stuff so-called libertarians were beating Ann Coulter up about on Stossel the other night(and I can't stand her, she purports to support the Christian point of view on this); is what the Republicans are being told the MUST cave into if the want to win elections....and all it is is a modern day Nebechanzzar that government wants us to "Tebow" to!

If it's AGAINST the Creator so named in our Declaration of Independence, I won't be bowing to it...and...it is a well known FACT most Americans oppose government-funded abortion via Obamacare, and homosexual marriage...also...paying for the medical and criminal consequences of homosexual deviancy and pedophilia and everything evil that lifestyle produces; which is NEVER children to repopulate society!
