What Pisses You Off The Most?Submitted by zooamerica on Fri, 03/01/2013 - 22:53
Boil it down to one thing...
What pisses me off the most is how the US government and our politicians damn well KNOW how to fix the American economy, but they won't do it because they want us dependent upon them as much as possible.
The worse things get, the more dependent Americans become.
If people were allowed to simply keep the money they have worked for instead of shelling out 50 cents for every dollar they earn to Uncle Sugar Bucks, Americans would be wealthy and prosperous like we used to be.
Remember the Middle Class? Didn't we practically invent it? How did the Middle Class come to fruition in America? Upon what foundation was it built?
High taxes and government dependence? Or low taxes, if none at all and independence from the government? For once in history, the People controlled the government, kept it small, and prospered as a result. Why? Because people were able to keep what they were willing to work for, and pass their fortunes on to their family members without the government taking at least half of their combined wealth.
A Silver Bullet solution to what ails the US economy?
END THE INCOME TAX. That's all they have to do, pure and simple.
Then I'd be able to pay for my Obamacare, take a vacation, invest some of my hard earned money, and hire another employee!
The money I'd save by not having to pay the income tax would be pumped right back into the economy...like it used to be, creating exponential growth and prosperity for all who are willing to work for a better life.
Give the American consumer, and the small business owners back their purchasing power! We know how to spend our own money better than the government does. I know how to spend my money wisely, the government knows how to take my tax dollars and flush them down the crapper.
If the income tax was abolished, many people would use the money to purchase crap at Wal-Mart, but at least the money won't be being used to fund drones dropping bombs on innocent civilians in the Middle East, or America for that matter.
I want my country, my dollars, and my bullets back, and I want them back now.
