We need to stop anti government posting.

We need to stop anti government posts. If it wasn't for the government, Ron Paul wouldn't have a following like he does, he'd just be a doctor. If it wasn't for government, we wouldn't have a 911 "truth" movement to occupied our time with. We wouldn't have holocaust denial, there never could have even been a holocaust without government. There are very wealthy financial interest that strongly support government, so we should too. We should not be tolerating these posts that are nothing more than government intolerance.

Government is the highest ideal of man's creative capacity.

Of all the creations of nature and her God, only man is governed.

Are the beasts of the land governed? The crawling critters, the birds of the air, slippery creatures of the sea?

Is the air or sea even governed? The land itself moves of its own accord, with orders from no one but itself to start or stop its shakings.

All of nature is free. Creatures seen or unseen, climes known or yet to be discovered, all created then set free, in the very image of their creator.

Only man has received the gifts of self-awareness and self-doubt. Only man can know government. Only man, of all government's creations, is made in his government's own image.

I thought the American people were the governments employers?

Let's stop posting those

Let's stop posting those links to economic papers and speeches. I'm starting to understand too much and it's getting in the way. I sent my son to school with a pinch of gold dust we panned from a local stream so he could square his lunch bill. He was sent to the office; the police were called in....I don't even want to remember the rest. In short, we'd be better off just not spreading this stuff around.

Seriously? I mean ... really?

The anti government sentiment started a long time ago, like before the constitution was even drafted. And the sole purpose of it is to safeguard us FROM government because our founders knew how easily centralized power corrupts and strived to preserve individual liberty as best they could.
FYI, Ron Paul is who he is because of his principles, not his obstacles. That's like saying be thankful for cancer because if it wasn't for it, we never would know the person who finds the cure.

Great Idea

Great idea. While we are at it, let's stop anti-war posts too. Without war, we wouldn't have heroes with purple hearts. Without war, soldiers would JUST BE lame-o's protecting our borders. Without war, we couldn't have an anti-war movement! There are very powerful and wealthy special interests groups that strongly support war, so we should too.

Government deprived me of my constitutional right

... to raise my own children with no proof of my being an unfit parent. The government puke judge said that because I signed a "marriage license" I "agreed" to this travesty. Funny thing is ... the license made no mention whatsoever of these "terms" I supposedly "agreed" to ...

Where I come from that's called FRAUD ...

If it weren't for the

If it weren't for the government we wouldn't be in such a f*ing mess.

Am I supposed to happy we have the government so that I can be happy we have Ron Paul? That makes no sence at all!

Obviously, if we didn't have the government there would be no need for Ron Paul!

This kind of reasoning is intended to keep people in, and supporting, a system that is, by all measures, not broken but designed to be a plantation for the extraction of wealth and property from the masses. STOP FEEDING THE BEAST WITH YOUR PARTICIPATION! It only makes it stronger.

Powerful Duality

Since this life and this universe is really a fractal duality between something and nothing, our lives are fractal elements of life and death, our genders are fractal dualities of male and female, certainly government and freedom are fractal dualities. Now how does one reduce one side of the duality while making the other grow? What we have today is a gross imbalance between central controlling elements and liberty elements. Obviously someone has figured out how to easily grow our government side and to shrink the liberty side.

How do we reverse this trend?

What was done to reverse the trend in the past?
- We ran away from home and set up shop at someone else's place. At the time they were the Native American's place. But they had spare room.

Can the trend reversal be done more efficiently this time?

I clicked on this...

Started reading and thought " someone has lost their effing mind and needs to "moveon" to huffpo. Lol :)

we wouldn't have subsidized government cheese

And without the government, we wouldn't have subsidized government cheese. I don't know about you, but I don't want to live in a world where the government doesn't buy up the cheese that the makers can't sell, and then give it away to the elderly who probably shouldn't have it.

Resist the temptation to feed the trolls.

And if it weren't for government,

that would be the end of the freedom movement! How can you have a freedom movement, if you don't have a slavemaster from whom to wrest your freedom?

Government

Government = Force

If government does anything beside protecting my rights, then I am anti-government.

Yes, it is a necessary evil, that being the case we need to constantly keep it in check. We have rights, we grant them privileges if they piss us off w take those priviledges away. That's how it goes...it's part of the contract (The Constitution)

PS. If this thread is sarcasm, sorry, I get a little energized by that type of language.

We need the force to protect us...

We need the government to protect us from the protection of our rights.

..

We(mainly meaning you kids that take the internet for granted) need to stop goofing around with every stupid thought that pops into your head.

And get off my lawn

We can add that to the list.

We can add that to the list. "Stop goofing around with every thought that pops into head", BAN IT!
Oh, and uhh, "get off his lawn". Uhmm, I'm not too sure about your lawn. There is the possiblility that the consensus will be that that is in fact God's lawn, he's only loaned it to you. It may be seen as the communities lawn, there for all to enjoy. So I wouldn't get your hopes up on a consensus on that one.

Stopping goofy thoughts should be a shoe in though. We LOVE to tell everyone else what they cannot post.

We need to stop posting anti-anything

Anti-everything and pro-nothing posts, however, are acceptable.

Hahaha

This has to be a veiled sarcastic thread paralleling the "anti-Jewish" one.

OP, if I'm wrong please say so.

That's what it looks like.

It's a really sad comparison, though, given that government is inherently oppressive, whereas there are certainly pro-liberty Jews. Plus, they're a people group. Government is a construct.

Certainly there are pro

Certainly there are pro liberty government officials. Just because most of them are oppressive doesn't mean we should stop supporting them though, there are after all representative of people group, they certainly didn't construct themselves into office.

I didn't even click on the other one though.

Extreme absurdity masked as mere insanity...

I like it!

No, really. We need to stop

No, really. We need to stop it. In fact, I think we should have a Daily Paul think tank decide what we can and what we cannot post about here. Then once we've decided what we should, and should not, post about...we can create the perfect Daily Paul.

So let's start a list. I'd like to see no Anti Government post. Anyone else have something they'd like to add to the list? Maybe no 911 denialist posting? How bout no pro GOP posts? Maybe no anti Jewish posts on the Daily Paul?

Let's make sure we are ALL on the exact same page here, one for all, and all for all. We really should be rid of this individualist think, don't you think?

Heh

Yeah, the chemtrails in East Texas were quite lovely. I always love when they do that. Especially in the early morning before the sun comes up so that by dawn the entire sky is covered in a milky haze.

I'm reaching up and reaching out.
I'm reaching for the random or what ever will bewilder me.
And following our will and wind we may just go where no one's been.
We'll ride the spiral to the end and may just go where no one's been.
Spiral out.
