It won't fly and the goal is

It won't fly and the goal is absurd. Blanket arrests are tools of tyranny.

Allow me to put on a statist mask and theorize an opinion ....

In order for an arrest to be legitimate a Citizen must present a statement under oath and penalty of perjury (thou shall not bear false witness) of something they have first hand knowledge (ie. something seen or heard) which constitutes an act of treason performed by a specific person. Deliver them en masse to US Marshals.

It never hurts to try because...

the alternative is guaranteed tyranny. Taking a stand of principle, in spite of the odds against you, has always been a force for good in the world. Check out this post, "Rand Paul: One person can make a difference"
