McCain Calls Paul, Cruz, Amash, etc. "Wacko Birds"

Using his considerable oratory skills, Senator John McCain (Globalist-AZ), continued to dis Rand and continue with his perception that the entire universe is a battlefield populated by dirty mundanes by calling him and his ilk, "wacko birds" who get all the attention.

Recall that screwing the American people over is a family tradtion. Remember the USS Liberty, a ship sunk with help from Admiral McCain. Kind of a metaphor isn't it?

Update: I just got an idea: It would be really neat if someone could come up with a graphic of a bald eagle standing in front of a background of the Bill of rights with the caption beneath, Wacko Bird. That would be cool to blog, tweet and facebook around in response to these neocon fascist types. T-Shirts would be nice if this story gets legs and people would know what term is in reference to. I really need to start homeschooling, uh, now or I'd start working on it.

That from a downed pilot. Downed five times.

How meany times has Mr McC crashed & burned?

John McCain: Fighter Ace? -- Destroyed five US planes! How many times must we pay for him flipping his bird as a Senator? Has he not destroyed enough?

Being an airplane pilot requires a skill set that millions of Americans aspire to as we grew up. [Me included] McCain's first crash happened... long ago... He wiped out into Corpus Christi Bay in 1958. His last -- and most famous -- crash came in October 1967, over Viet Nam.

Stop this man from becoming President! [Hope that he stops driving our country & its planes into land & sea.]

McC's pilot record is terrible! Flipped his bird 5 times. Worse than pilot W flying his bird in the Bush (family; W officially flipped his bird too, but not 5 times.)

Yeah, and his daddy had to keep cleaning up after him

And I thought my kids were destructive. At least they don't FUBAR millions of dollars of government property and then proceed to help the enemy by trashing the Constitution, Bill of Rights, reading the sheet written for them.

This guy was a tool from the word go.

I say lets take it easy on John McCain

Anyone else think McCain isn't very bright?

He seems like an angry old man. He isn't very eloquent. Most of his speeches that I have seen come across as simple minded. (Remember "Bomb, bomb, Iran"?) If I had to guess, I would say he doesn't even have average intelligence. I'm not trying to call him names, just making an observation. Maybe he has similar intelligence as president G.W., I'm not sure.

We all want progress, but if you're on the wrong road, progress means doing an about-turn and walking back to the right road; in that case, the man who turns back soonest is the most progressive.

"McCain isn't very bright" is

"McCain isn't very bright" is an understatement, HE RAN SARAH PALIN AS HIS VP, LOLOLOL. He also doesn't understand the internet or how far public opinion has swayed. Hes ridden on his PoW coat tails since before I was born, hes never done or said anything remarkable.

When the opposition starts calling you names...

it's because they don't have a leg to stand on. The weak rhetoric coming from Rand's critics will not deter the millions of citizens who are beginning to realize traitors are running our country.

Rand proved that taking a stand on principle is a powerful force for good. Check out this post, "Rand Paul: One person can make a difference"

Mark, I checked out your post and it is good. However....

I know you are a new member here and you may not know the rules yet. You cannot consistantly link to you own post over and over. I stopped counting at 25 links to that very same post. Seems like in every comment, you make links to your post and you have posted an awful lot in just 22 days. Slow down, my friend, before the mods step in and shut you down. You comments are good ones. People will check you out sooner or later. I, for one, would like to see you stick around here. Read the rules and follow them. Don't get yourself booted off this site. It's only a matter of time before someone complains to the mods.

And if any mods are reading this, please let Mark off with a warning first. He's got good things to say.

Linking to my posts

Thanks again for the heads up. I was wondering though, why would DP members complain about linking to one's own posts when there's a significant amount of mindless chatter on DP. Not that I want to limit what people converse about, but restricting the use of links to one's own posts doesn't seem to detract from DP's mission any more than bumper sticker activism.

http://www.dailypaul.com/277342 (Rand Paul: One person can make a difference)
http://www.StandUpForYourRights.me/?p=1264 (Fast and Furious hearing)

Because it's spamming.

You can put all the bumper sickers you want on your car, your windows, your _______(fill in the blank). The key word in that is "your". This site is not yours nor is it ours. It belongs to Michael Nystrom and we are his guests. When we come into "his" home/site, we are expected to abide by "his" rules, as we would expect a guest in our homes to abide by ours.

As far as "mindless chatter on DP", we are mostly friends and some of us feel like we are family. We come here to learn, discuss and yes, sometimes we come here to just chatter with our friends. Stick around. You'll get that comfortable here too, where you will just want to chatter mindlessly at times.

BTW, no one really objects to one or two links to a post anyone's made. It's the spamming of that post to which people object. Like I said, stick around and people will get to know you and check out what you've posted. Some posts do get buried without a fair viewing. It happens with all the traffic here. And, welcome to Daily Paul, Mark. I look forward to reading more of your comments.

I read the rules again and...

they described spam as follows: "posting the same un-related comment on multiple threads". Every comment you referred to as spam does not fit that definition because each of my comments specifically related to the post I was commenting on, as did the link to my post. You said you liked the post I was linking to, and being it didn't fit the definition of spam, maybe you could tell me the real reason you're opposed to links to my posts.

Thanks for answering...

but I have to disagree with your comparison of my posts, and links to those posts, with bumper sticker activism. I write posts and link to them as a means to counter what seems to be group think at DP, a.k.a. bumper sticker activism. I accept Mr. Nystrom's rules, have complied with them, and will continue to comply with them.

I have no problem with friends chatting because that's one of the joys of healthy relationships. But I don't understand why linking to my posts would be objectionable to some DP members as long as they comply with the rules, which they did. It's not like people are being coerced, they're free to ignore the links. Some people have the same links in the footer of everyone of their comments, this not considered spam, nor should it be, so why do you single out my links as spam?

Not singling you out, Mark.

Just offered you friendly advice. Take it or leave it, as you choose.

I do appreciate your opinion...

even though your definition of spam doesn't comport with DP rules. I value my privilege to participate at DP so your comment helps me to retain that privilege, thanks. I did post a comment about this at the DP rules/guidelines Forum to let the mods know I will continue to link to my posts that relate to threads I'm commenting on. If you're interested, here's the link.

for the heads up. I don't recall anything in the rules about linking to one's own posts, so I'll have to dig little deeper.

That someone has called them a name, I always have taught them to say, "I know you are but what am I." That is my advice to Senator Cruz and Senator Paul. Simply tell that nut "McCain" that they know he is but what are they?

Ah that does say it all..

Maybe we should photoshop his head into the Angry Birds motif that is so popular. Seems like a fitting mock of a warmonger.

No.

Photoshop him as the pig.

So is he targeting them for The Waco treatment?

Some 50 years ago he was bombing civilians in Viet Nam.

In his years in the Senate he has turned a blind eye to bombing civilians all around the world.
