What's really funny is that she appears to be reading from prepared text when she says this. If this is a dub job, that's one thing. If Dianne is just flubbing up her words while speaking extemporaneously, that's another thing. But appears to be looking at notes and saying this.

I mean doesn't she know that humans are only in season if you get them to draw first and in a public place. Also you only get six shots and they have to be wearing black and have just ridden into town that afternoon. Also, you both have to been drinking at the saloon together before hand. her fallacious thinking. There is a 3 round limit on shotguns while hunting migratory game birds because they travel in large flocks. The law originated from the commercial harvest of waterfowl for their feathers and meat. When large flocks of waterfowl would land in the wetlands hunters/harvesters would shoot as many rounds as they could in the tightly grouped flocks to kill multiple birds. They even made cannons that shot scrap metal, nuts and bolts into the flocks which is also why there is a gauge restriction and a bag limit. Crazy lady's fallacy is that it is ILLEGAL to hunt people therefore anyone who is hunting people is breaking the law. Anyone willing to break the law and hunt people isn't going to be impacted by the second law restricting how many bullets they can use to do that. The reason the migratory game laws work for the most part is because most hunters are law abiding citizens. Crazed murderers are not law abiding citizens. But that seems to be the way this country works, if one law doesn't work all the time we must need to throw more laws at the problem.
