End of War on Terror Near?

By my reading GWOT must end in about 60 years.
Congress never declared war against AlQaeda or any states. Instead Congress issued an Authorization for Military Force (AUMF).
The AUMF authorizes military force against those "nations, organizations, or persons" the president "determines planned, authorized, committed, or aided the terrorist attacks that occurred on September 11, 2001, or harbored such organizations or persons"
So in about 60 more years this Authorization should expire as everyone involved in planning 9/11 should be dead by then.

hopefully,..

unfortunately on the home front, we're still technically under martial law, until November of 2013, when oBUSHma is set to renew it again, like every single POTUS before him, annually renewed them, since FDR signed the National Emergencies Act of 1933, then Carter renewed/reiterated them in the current form: http://www.dailypaul.com/comment/2989298
