What Is The Most Studied, Analyzed, And Researched Thing In The World?

ANSWER:

The human mind.

I was going to write something about how people shouldn't sell themselves short because the enemies of the human mind certainly aren't.

But my tummy hurts so I'm just going to go lie down for a while.

Oh, and also: studied, analyzed, researched... how to improve on stealing always more with always less efforts and less risks.

Kyle Bass Warns "The 'AIG' Of The World Is Back"

"The AIG of the world is back - I have 27 year old kids selling me one-year jump risk on Japan for less than 1bp - $5bn at a time.

You know why? Because it's outside of a 95% VaR, its less than one-year to maturity, so guess what the regulatory capital hit is for the bank... I'll give you a clue - it rhymes with HERO...

If the bell tolls at the end of the year, the 27-year-old kid gets a bonus... and if he blows the bank to smithereens, ugh, he got a paycheck all year.

We are right back there! The brevity of financial memory is about two years."

"I don't get paid to be an optimist, I don't get paid to be pessimist, I get paid to be a realist - and a prudent fiduciary of the capital, and then if i have time I care about the social issues of the world.

If I am right, the social issues are going to be very difficult. I don't think we devolve into anarchy and I do think the payment systems will continue to work but what they will pay with will be wumpum...

We will go thru a period where its a little tougher...

We went through a period where it was briefly tough and now there are 1400 new billionaires in the world - maybe some capital was misallocated..."

Human Consciousness?

Cookie, no cookie?

What, you never tasted human consciousness?

Just kidding. You win the cookie. PM me your address.

Hope people feel good when they find out their own minds are worth billions in research, and that they shouldn't then sell them so cheaply.

'The Human Mind' - looks like a lump of cookie dough. But what is it, really.

It was probably the pandas.

A piece of cookie dough?

Are you saying the mind is the brain or resident in the brain?

If so, answer this:

thousands upon thousands of unrelated accounts of out of body experiences have these two things in common -- they say "I saw", and "I thought" and most cases this included observation of the body from outside. In many cases the body was incapacitated or "unconscious".

Were all these thousands of people deluded or were they using their minds remote from the brain lying on the slab or wherever?

See Chris...

All that Thoreau from this weekend expanded my mind enough to answer your riddle ;)

Wait, I know this one...

it's a newspaper, right?

Nobody's seen or felt a newspaper in over 90 years.

But unfortunately for you that is still an incorrect answer.

It was probably the pandas.
